Shannon at the counter when I came in was vet friendly and most helpful. I have Fazoli’s app but I was having issues trying to use it and she helped me through all of it. Plus she was the one that brought my order to my table.
She is awesome. Fazoli’s is lucky to have someone like her.

The breadsticks were hard and stale. We ordered large marinara and garlic butter neither one were filled to the top nor were they even filled halfway. Now that I’m trying to be Petty but we pay a $1.99 just for it. While we were seated the workers were back in the back playing around screaming I was just all around in bad experience

Ordered takeout from Fazoli’s and it was perfect from start to finish. Everything was hot, fresh, and so tasty. Emily was the best — friendly, quick, and made sure everything was ready just right. She really made the experience stand out. I’ll be ordering again for sure!
