As an elite Applebee’s regular, I have nothing but love for the team that works there. It always brightens my day when I see Rachelle, Whitley, Sydney, Madalyn, Graci, and Kirsten. We celebrated our little one’s birthday and the staff was very accommodating! They happily provided a booster seat to our table, alongside a kids menu with crayons included. This kept the rugrat well entertained whilst the adults had our conversation.
Little Guy is a bit on the older end of his childhood nowadays, and I fear that there are only so many days left before he starts getting interested in politics and larger scale ethical and sociopolitical debates…

Usually don’t have an issue here but tonight was terrible! Half of our food came out cold, steak overcooked, and mishap on one of orders completely and the sever Jory wanted to argue. TERRIBLE customer service!

I used to love Applebees and couldn’t get enough. Unfortunate the interior has gone down hill and it is a big turn off. The floors were sticky walking to our table. The dining area smelled of bleach and an old diner. The table was sticky. The cleanliness was extremely lacking by touch and smell. It is not appetizing to have these characteristics in your restaurant. The dining area needs a deep clean overhaul. They have to get rid of the stagnant musty bleachy smell.

Kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Food times were not bad. Our server (Lori) did very well. I had the ribs and they were falling off the bone amd the flavor was on point. Applebee’s used to be my one of the last places I would choose. From mow on it would be at the top of list! The Sam the bar manager was out on the floor helping which is nice to see!

The Chain has really changed! Last time I was in one, it felt like an old folk’s restautant. This one is quite upbeat!! There’s a bar, and sports on TV screens, GREAT ITEMS on the menu, delicious food & drinks, modern decor. It was A FUN & the service was excellent!!! Stop by & enjoy . . . There’s a FUN Lemonade Stand promo going on & that decor really brightens up the place. THIS WEDNESDAY IS KID’S NIGHT.
