It’s been a minute since I’ve had a Whopper made to perfection, and I CUSTOMIZE! The onion rings are so fresh it reminded me why they’re my go to! Service was super fast, maybe 2 mins!! This the best experience I’ve had at an Albuquerque BK! thanks y’all the gentleman at the window is KILLING IT!

Went to the BK in Albuquerque on the corner of Lomas and Louisiana. The service was the worse I have experienced! Manager and employee were having a meal, we went thru drive thru, nobody took our order, there was like 4 cars ahead of us. We backed up to go inside, seeing we had seen them 2 just sitting and eating, doors were locked, when an employee approached the door she says DRIVE THRU only and when I told them nobody was taking our orders the manager just smirked and didn’t say anything. As I walked away from the closed doors I let them know I was calling their corporate office and complaining they literally all stood there and one of them even said GO AHEAD LADY. I told them that was no way to run a business and the female that was already “off” told me I should COOK instead of trying to be LAZY! I’m a disabled 51 year old woman, don’t eat out much but this experience just made me not ever go back to BK!

Did not like the food managers are rude. The supervisor matt does not give good. Customer service took a while to get my food. Do not recommend instead of handing my food. They toss it on the counter.

Be careful about parking here. I had gotten down and purchased a duo deal and my battery was dead afterwards. It literally took me 3 hours to come back with help and my vehicle was towed and cost me 200 dollars to get out. What kind of time frame is that. I would like to know who wrote that authorization to tow because if it wasn’t the owner or agent it’s against the law.

This happened four times last year with chicken bones and I don’t even eat here often and it only one person can’t imagine how many other people this happened to
