Owner, please take real action regarding the ongoing issues at your Jack in the Box location. The responses you’ve given so far feel empty and unhelpful. Customers are being denied basic access to the restroom, and the treatment from some staff members is simply unacceptable.
Before dismissing complaints, take a moment to actually read your reviews and ask yourself whether your employees are treating guests with basic human decency. Some staff members are kind, but others are behaving in a way that is embarrassing for your business.
Not even offering a cup of water? Turning away families with children who are just trying to use the restroom? That is not customer service, that is disrespect. They laugh in your face!
You need to reflect on the standards you are setting and the example you are allowing your team to follow. Your guests deserve better, and it’s your responsibility as the owner to make sure they get it.

bad service. bad food and atmosphere no recommend I even see a dasher ask for the restroom they don’t even let used the restroom. come on ppl hi can go home he it’s working too I really thought you guys let used the restroom .

So I ordered in mobile app got here about 10 pm, there’s so many customers inside waiting they wouldn’t let me inside so I’ve been waiting in the drive thru. These cars haven’t moved in over 5 mins. This is ridiculous. I seen 3 managers working right now and this is how their running the Farmersville store, this is unbelievable. The line still hasn’t moved one car still & im done with their review! Can I just get my money back at this point! So I get to the window and they said they was out of spicy popcorn chicken and she only had strips I asked if she could just do regular cuz the strips are way too spicy and she refused after waiting over 30 mins. Then the guy manager with the tattoos on his face and the green eargages budded in and I asked him why there’s like 20 cars behind me and why it took so long he said really rude because were busy I said no I’ve been to jack in the boxes and u we’re not busier than any other. The one female manager was arguing with me and she threw up a 3 at me and she was cracking her knuckles in her fist like she wanted to hit me. I took a picture of her she’s the one on the left turned away.

VICTOR!!!! Victor was absolutely amazing. He had the most pleasant customer service despite there only being 2 employees there that night. We had an issue with our order and he apologized and took the order. I have not had great customer service like that in a very long time anywhere. Victor is a vibe an experience. Agreat example of how to treat your customers!!!

The fries were very excellent. They were very crunchy on the outside. They’re soft and tender on the inside. The burger I got was very delicious. It was very juicy although it was very juicy did not leak through the paper which is a plus my sister also got a burger the buttery burger I think she said it was amazing. It was very juicy for her to and she really liked the little churros that we got on the side. The little churros we got on the side were very soft on the inside with the filling but on the outside we’re very crunchy and had a nice flavor. I have not been here in years because of the quality but after eating there today I say they have improved to the point I will eat there pretty frequently. Thank you for the nice customer service. Ok, this is the last straw. Everytime I do an online order this location always messes it up. Up until today (4/29/2022) I have been holding back. Today took the cake. My Ultimate Cheeseburger had no sauce and it had 1.5 beef patties in my burger. Yes, you read it right 1 full patty and a half of another patty. My large fries were more of a small. And there was only one stragler in the bag. Plus they took forever to get my order. Even though I ordered it online. Not sure what is happening here but I’m really considering take Jack On The Box off my list.

I wanted to dine in with my baby and the cashier that’s Mexican with the mole denied us access to the bathroom even when I was asking to order she said I couldn’t use the bathroom to change my son until I paid she was very disrespectful and said either pay or leave I will not be going back to they Jack in the box every again I was a regular customer now you lost a customer

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat. A little TMI but urgently had to use a restroom! I asked if they could open the restroom for me she said not without buying something first. I put my cash on the counter and said I am going to buy something I urgently need to use the restroom she straight told me no! I asked for a manager she said ” I am the manager” At this point I can barely hold it in anymore ended up ordering something I didn’t want just so I can get access to the restroom.
