My go to calamari but I will say the portions have slimmed down a bit. Still absolutely insane flavor and the sauce is perfect. Unfortunately the onion rings were just not good, overly greasy with no flavor and very small onions. Would love to see a thick onion ring comeback. Highly suggest any of the deviled eggs, you will not be disappointed. Pretty sure they rotate their dev egg selection and every single one is a hit. The live music was not only a total vibe, the musician was beyond talented and played an array of genres which I appreciate. Our server was INCREDIBLÉ!!! super attentive, hilarious and fun. He kept us quenched and fed all night long. I love a server who has suggestions and who times their pop-ins accordingly. Used to attend the holiday back in the day for their dj and karaoke nights but its gotten harder to get down there the older I get so happy we made the short hike down there though. The ONLY issue we had was that karaoke doesnt start until 10PM, and on this night it didnt get going until after 11pm.

The holiday bar has become one of my top spots to frequent. Whether it’s to enjoy a post work happy hour with colleagues or dinner with friends, the ambiance is always on point. The service is great, and the food is awesome. The best part is definitely the staff! Mike and Al both provided great service tonight! I would love to give a huge thank you to Al though, he truly went above and beyond a few days a go when my friend was having car issues. He went out of his way to help and we were very thankful for it.

We always have a great time at The Holiday Bar. Live music this past Saturday, super kind and responsive server and delicious food, (great portions). We ordered the deviled egg speciality appetizer to try something different and it was surprisingly great and worth the cost! Who knew deviled eggs could be so good?

This place is worth checking out! We ordered the Cowboy Burger and the French Dip and both were delicious! We had this delivered and the service was prompt and everything tasted as fresh as being in the restaurant. The packaging of the to-go boxes played a role into how well the food stayed table-ready. I highly recommend stopping in to support this west side (the best side) establishment. Enjoy! Happy eating!

The reason I I gave 2 stars on atmosphere is I was talking to a lady at the bar, we were having a good convo, I stepped in restroom and when I came back someone from front of house was checking to see if I was “bothering her”(she told me).
That employee was told to do check on her from a manager. Someone who personally doesn’t like me. My new friend was told they’ve received complaints about me before, which isn’t true to put her on defensive.
Juvenile behavior really.
Not cool, not professional.

We went on a Friday night with a group of friends. There were eight of us total. Did not realize we could’ve made reservations and the place was a very busy. However, they were Able to accommodate us fairly quickly and without issue. Highly recommend the THB eggrolls.

Wow! What a great time! The atmosphere on a Tuesday evening was inviting and the food marvelous! From the hearty wings, to the kids blackened Mac/cheese to the Cuban sandwich! Amazing!
And the entrainment was just as enjoyable!! Sadly I forgot my MSU hoodie and the next morning I called when they opened, and it wasn’t turned in..my loss is someone else’s gain.

First time to visit – and during a cold snowy day so most likely slower than usual. Live music was nice – guitarist singing – not too loud that couldn’t have a conversation. A dozen beer taps, wine and a wide selection of alcohol. Food is good tasting and fair prices. Ample parking. Happy Hour specials Monday thru Thursday

The food and drinks were great but the service was impeccable. My car battery died during the winter storm and Al, one of the servers there, was incredibly helpful in helping me jumpstart the battery. I really appreciated the support from him. Thank you Al!
