I have ordered and have been in parking spot (3) for total of 51 mins. Along with the other ppl waiting as well. Drive thru isn’t moving etc. My daughter ordered on the app. This is beyond crazy. Deff my last visit here !!!!

I stopped tonight at the Elkton McDonald’s for a quick meal on the go. First, drive thru was two lanes and out into the street – I went inside. Next, I realized it was Grinch meal and $1.99 Disney Happy Meal night when the lobby was packed. Third, the kiosk that I placed my order at did not print a receipt nor show me my order number. This is when I found out that the computers all reset and they had no record of the orders that had been placed……for the past hour! OMG!
This manager and crew were awesome!
I started to hear of people that had been there for an hour with no food. Drive thru orders were no longer being taken. Which explains the lines out there.
I luckily got my food with a smile and apology within 25 minutes.

Here in At McDonald’s in Elkton getting mobile app to a curbside is the best situation under a minute and the restaurant is busy tonight. Yes I time it every time and I have yet to receive delivery over 3 mins here. Great job to the crew I’m McLovin it!!

I needed an internet this morning as I was not completely confident that Google Fi would keep me online. So here we are.
Kiosk to order my Egg McMuffin meal, upgrading to OJ instead of coffee. It was prepared quickly and assembled properly. Hot toasted muffin, hot hash browns and a filled cup of juice.
Condiments station clean and stocked. There was a spill on the floor but they had a “warning cone” next to it and during my visit, a crew member with a mop cleaned it up. All tables clean with no trash. Outside, clean parking lot.
Internet worked great and I was even able to sit as a table with a power outlet to charge up my laptop.
It’s not Ruth’s Chris. It’s McDonald’s and this was a good visit.

Day shift isn’t to bad. But evening shift is awful. Fries always cold and chewy. The chicken nuggets aren’t done and they don’t put the right toppings on the Burgers. Just ketchup and pickle. No mustard. Or onion. Staff is rude when asking for extra sauce . . I’ve had workers roll there eyes. Worse mcdonalds I’ve ever been to.

Food was okay, wouldn’t say the same about the manager, second I walked in the door she was behind the counter cussing up a storm to her employees to where everyone could hear her, it was embarrassing. The guy who took me and my parent’s order was great but he forgot my cup and and my dad simply reached behind the counter to grab me one rather than bother him again, the second he did the manager had the biggest attitude and was rude about it and she chewed up the employee who took our order. She clearly does not deserve a job if that is how she’s treating employees/customers.
