We visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening. We made a reservation but there were several open tables when we arrived. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. The only challenge is parking.
We got a flight of 4 and enjoyed every pour. This was our first time visiting so we were unaware the Whiskey War Double Double is a limited release. We would have loved to bought that bottle!
My BLT salad was delicious and my husband enjoyed his burger. The fries were crispy and absolutely perfect. Our server was friendly, prompt, and patient. She also made a recommendation to add an additional pour to our flight and we were not disappointed. We would absolutely go back.

This is my dinner experience at High Bank distillery, Grandview, Columbus
Drinks first! It’s a distillery after all. The bourbons were smooth and had great notes. I will save the technical notes for the qualified. I recommend getting a bourbon flight and do the default list on the menu or choose other options. I had about 5 different 1 oz pours and they were all great bourbons. Definitely underestimated and under appreciated bourbons.

We started with the thin crust pizza. It’s a perfect crispy, right sized, aptly topped flatbread. Perfect nibbler in between a sip of the bourbons.
The deviled eggs were delicious and tempting us to order some more. I love it when the acid and fat are well balanced. Well done with the plating too.
Sticky chicken wings (bone-in) were tender and can easily be had with a fork and knife. Nothing to mess with specially since I didn’t see the wet wipes provided.
Elote dip – just dull and plain. Nothing to write about. Let’s skip it.
Burrata stole the night for me. Creamy, fresh and delicious cheese with generous side of crisp toasted bread and onion jam(?) was amazing. Thats a go-to starter for me next time.
Overall, a spirited (pun intended), delightful and tasteful experience.

Friendliness: the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, High Bank Distillery is a must try for any occasion or a casual drink or dinner kind of night. There is plenty of good food and room for everyone. A repeat destination for me.

Went with some friends today. The food was mediocre. It was lacking a little seasoning. The avocado toast was missing some pepper, honestly some sea salt would have been good in it as well. The breakfast burrito had actual potato half’s in it that made it awkward to eat and wasn’t seasoned. The nachos were decent.

Trendy well lit and styled nicely. The cocktails were very tasty and pretty. Highlight were the chorizo rangoons, I highly recommend! Crispy, cheesey served with an interesting refreshing sauce to cut the greasey chorizo. Where the flavor fell short for me was the brisket breakfast burrito. I feel although the ingredients did taste fresh, it lacked flavor and seasoning. I would however, come back and try other menu items!

We had a large party of 22 and the service was outstanding. The staff let us decorate the table for a birthday and our server was top notch. He handled all of us by himself and made sure we were all taken care of. We were on a little bit of a time crunch and High Bank accommodated. Food is always fantastic. This is such a great restaurant and I would always recommend. If you go multiple times, try something new in their menu. So far we have not been disappointed. Definitely think of this place for your next meal or event!

We enjoyed our lunch here on their patio. The server was attentive and kind. The drinks were all delicious and well crafted. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. My personal dish was the chicken and biscuits- I found it good but not necessarily great. It needed more gravy, which I asked and got. I think the gravy could have had more seasoning. I also thought the biscuits were kind of bland and lacking flavor. I wish they were crispy and flaky and had seasoning to them. They were just kinda meh. On the other hand, the chicken on the dish was quite yummy. I didn’t hate the dish necessarily, just probably wouldn’t get it again. Everyone else in my party liked their food though. I will still give 5 stars and will come back for sure.

A top knotch institution. Great whiskey, great drinks, great food. I had what has become a rather famous spicey chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. Plenty of heat, but not overwhelming. Great flavor, maybe a bit too heavy on the breading. It came with a side of fries that might have outdone the sandwich honestly. Extra crispy outside, fluffy inside, with an excellent dipping sauce. My buddies got the bacon and egg burger, chicken nachos, and hot honey pepperoni pizza and those looked very good as well.

We had reservations for 1:15 today and arrived at 1:10, the hostess seemed miffed and had a bad attitude right off the bat so it wasn’t a good start. This is Valentine’s Day too btw. We were seated on time but missing water glasses and the floor around our table had lots of large chunks of food where your feet land. So another meh. Our server was okay but also served some attitude like the hostess did. We ordered drinks and the manhattan was impressive but the mimosa was stunningly bad, I left it untouched. We ordered the deviled eggs, chorizo rangoons, cinnamon donuts, house salad and the brunch wrap. The rangoons were nice and hot, deviled eggs were good, salad was kind of slimy, donuts were served cold, and the crunch (brunch) wrap was decent. We left with a bottle hoping in would provide more inspiring experiences. Overall I wish we would have gone to Dan the Baker instead, especially for the money.

First thing is the atmosphere, it was incredible. The decoration is modern industrial and just really cool. Our waiter was Adam, exceptional and friendly!
High banks has excellent food options available with something literally for anyone!
