CORRECT YOUR ONLINE HOURS!! Just fyi they don’t open until 10:30. The woman was extremely rude when I pulled to the window because there is NO SIGN ON THE DRIVE THROUGH SAYING THE HOURS AT 10:30. Smh

This Wendy’s Location it’s really comfy at the time that you wanna doing or buying something quickly, I went to this place to the dine-in and by drive-thru, both are faster and they attend you with the best customer service, they hasn’t much parking but the location it’s move, so maybe depends of the hour that you going to see the possible availability for your parking, but the rest it’s okay, my favorite food from here it’s the Dave Double and definitely the Frosty. I recommend this place, for real!

Stopped on the way home to grab a burger. After checking it, they messed up so I went inside to get it straightened out. The guy behind the counter was so disrespectful and ignorant. When you mumble things walking away, people still hear you. The racist remarks he thought I didn’t hear is why I had to say something. I understand a bad day, but what he said was unacceptable.

I was ordering and asked for honey mustard at the speaker twice (once at the beginning and once at the end, I was cut off). The employee must’ve not heard me. I checked my bag realized it wasn’t there and asked for one. He obnoxiously told me I should’ve asked at the speaker (even though I 100% did) and used an air horn noise when I stated I did. I felt belittled for asking for a singular sauce that I DID ask for. I work food service and understand it may be frustrating when people ask for things at window but belittling a customer and catching an attitude is never the solution. I’m not sure if they’re management but they were beyond rude when I showed nothing but kindness.

Actually for a fast food restaurant it was pretty good. The service was great. The inside was clean and actually had nice views and the food was actually hot, fresh and good.

The girl at the front looks like she dont wanna be bothered so I didnt even bother her. I did her a favor and went to the drive thru, got there and nobody came to the speaker I heard everything that was being said/done tho.

The one lady working the Saturday morning breakfast shift was pretty amazing considering she just open,took orders, made orders, worked Drive-Thru etc all by herself. So I give her 5 stars!!!
They desperately need additional staff but still was far from my worst experience at Wendy’s by a long shot. Just slightly delayed.

So, we just came through the drive up. Your staff, the one taking the order and payment, has Zero Customer Svc. How hard is to ask is there anything else? then Gave our total 3 times becaus we didn’t finish giving our orders, and she didn’t ask what to drink. No thank you, no, you’re welcome. Nonthing but bad attitude. Ordered #7 and #3, potatoes/ breakfast fries COLD .

Went inside to pick up lunch. Got baconator fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were cold and cheese had already hardened. Chicken tasted like they had just took it out of freezer, as it was cold. Will not be returning to this Wendy’s.

4/11 @ 8 am. Drive thru woman is extremely rude. I even asked her if she wanted to be there. She complained about no help. Doesn’t really count for how short and annoyed she was with a customer. I told her to cancel my order. I’ll just go elsewhere, her response good then, go. Not returning. Hire some help, get some better attitudes.
