Dined here for dinner Friday night. No wait for a table. Sat in bar area. Ordered triple dipper for appetizer with big mouth bites, chicken crispers and boneless wings, quesadilla and Santa Fe salad for entrees, and Modelo and $6 grand mango margarita for drinks. Waiter was awesome. Food arrived very fast. Would return. One gnat was flying around though.

If you want to go to Chili’s this location is the one to go to! We went to the Chili’s on Gulf freeway before this one and service there was horrible. The waitress was very short and snappy with us, we asked if they had a Gluten free menu (my friend’s mom has celiac diseas so she can’t have gluten), and the waitress said “no” in an extremely rude tone and walked off. We had decided to leave in the end. We shouldn’t have been treated the way that we were. I’m a server myself and in no way was that behavior excuseable. On our way out, one of the managers and a director stopped us. I had explained everything and they apologized sincerely for the way we had been treated and gave us 60 dollars to help cover our meal at this location. Our experience at this location was absolutely phenomenal! Our server, Dominique, hit all the targets the server at the Gulf freeway location had not. She was very friendly, personable, and overall just very wonderful with us. She even went as far as to apologize for the other experience we had before hand. That touch of empathy made the experience even better. We also had a birthday in our group and Dominique made that experience very lively and wonderful as well. Overall, this location is incredible at what they do and is the best location I’ve been to.

Mrs. Dominique at Chili’s is absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, and she checked on us at just the right times without being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent service. Because of Mrs. Dominique, our experience at Chili’s was outstanding, and we will definitely be back. She is a true asset to the team!

Garrett at Chili’s provided next-level service that truly elevated our dining experience! We visited recently and were so impressed with how attentive, friendly, and efficient he was. It’s clear Chili’s has stepped up their game, and Garrett is a shining example of that improvement. Everything from our order to timely refills was handled flawlessly, making for a truly enjoyable meal. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Garrett as our server again!

Best Chili’s we’ve been too in a long time! But the entry smelled like a sewer leak almost turn around… beside that you don’t smell it in the restaurant. Our server was very attentive, kept our glass filled kids food came before our, which I prefer bc it takes them awhile to finish lol… we’d go back!

It was the first time we visited chilis and it is a nice experience. The staff was polite and fast in delivering our food after we ordered. The food was brought when it was hot and fresh. We were surprised that the taste was just awesome. The ambience is good and there were not much crowd. Can give it a try.

The experience I had this afternoon was far less than stellar. I’ve given the experience a one-star rating based on the customer service I received from the three Chili’s employees with whom I had the displeasure of interacting. The first employee was the hostess who greeted me promptly upon my entrance and allowed me to choose the booth where I wanted to sit.

The server introduced himself as Chris and seemed to have a lot of opinions on my decision to refuse his offers of napkins—even though I showed him I brought my own hand wipes. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, that was given to me by a carrier, and when I asked for a to-go cup for the beverage I was given sass and a dirty/sticky cup (see blue substance on lower part of cup in picture). Moments later, Chris brought a second strawberry lemonade—that I neither asked for nor wanted—that looked drastically different from the first. He said “here is a refill, so I don’t have to come back over later.” I was taken aback by his statement because, again, I didn’t want/need two giant cups of strawberry lemonade and the temperature of his tone was rude. He then INSISTED on giving me an absurd stack of napkins—stating “even without the ranch this burger gets messy.” My burger was brought out quickly by the same carrier and, before I could make a request, she sarcastically said “you’re welcome” and hastily walked away.

I sat and waited for Chris to come check on me so I could ask for a to-go container, as the energy I was getting was far less than welcoming, but he never came. After a while, I asked the hostess if the restaurant offered a veteran discount and asked for my check because I no longer wanted to be in such a negative space. She walked off, I heard her speak to someone, and then she handed me a to-go container, said nothing and walked away. I waited, but ended up picking up the kiosk to pay with my card—even though I’d planned to pay with cash—because no one ever brought the check I requested.

After I paid, the kiosk started a questionnaire and, as I was answering the questions, Chris looked over my shoulder and saw that I responded that I would not be returning to that Chili’s location. At this point, Chris started complaining about how it was a bad reflection on him and kept asking me if I wanted to speak to the manager. I had to repeatedly tell him I didn’t and I just wouldn’t be returning. I wasn’t rude and found myself being reassuring even though he was part of the problem. Lol

Overall, the experience was the worst Chili’s experience I’ve had and the other day an employee at the Pearland location told me they didn’t carry strawberry lemonade at all and said “We have blackberry. You were close; just remember next time it’s a blackberry—not a strawberry.” So, for me to say this experience was less than stellar than expected is saying something. Lol The fries were decent, and the burger was meh, but the light lemonade (see picture) was perfect—not too sweet.

UPDATE: Look, even the “response” from them is disingenuous! Terrible. Absolutely terrible. If zero stars was an option…

Atmosphere and food were ok. Although our burger bites were undercooked, gross. Service was terrible though. Our waiter was a bit curt with us and rude. Which ok sure, I get if you’re tired because I’ve been there. But the guy literally pulled up a chair to talk to the table next to us while basically ignoring us. Won’t be coming here again.

Previously this Chili’s sold one of the best old fashioned I ever had. Now they no longer carry the ingredients to make an Old Fashioned. Poor decision. I won’t be coming here again.
