I had such a great experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was delicious and tasted so authentic. Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The service was amazing too! everyone was so kind and attentive from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ifra is our favorite local place for Indian food. They have one of the best lunches specials around. It’s high quality and a lot of value for the money. We got the Chicken Masala and Chicken Madras linch specials during our last visit. The staff is really cool as well. We usually use the rooftop parking lot above the restaurant for easy access.

I hesitated to write this, but my recent experience compels me to share it for the benefit of others.
While I will leave out one aspect of my experience because it could potentially shut down the restaurant (Owner- prepare now, because one day someone will pick up the phone and it will happen), I will describe a dishonest business practice that is going on here.
They are ‘diluting’ the biryani. Yes, I did not think that was a tactic restaurants used until I had their biryani. Not only is their biryani not good in general, lacking flavor, spices, and so toned down, but they are actually diluting their biryani with old white rice that has already formed clumps. That’s not just poor cooking — it’s dishonest. It is one thing to not be able to cook flavorful food, but it is another thing to be dishonest with food you are serving to people who trust you to feed them. Customers trust restaurants to serve fresh, genuine food, not shortcuts that compromise quality. I tried to talk to the chef after my experience, but I did not get the opportunity to do so.
To all the 5-star reviews here, I’m sorry but you have no idea what real Indian food tastes like. This was a major letdown.

The lunch special is incredible and they give you so much naan which was my favorite part! Great portion and great price and everything tasted amazing. We have also ordered for take out a couple of times and it always taste great 🙂

Atmosphere: 5/5 , very cozy setup
Food : 4.5/5 , flavor was amazing and so was the presentation. I had the chicken vindaloo and it had the perfect amount of spice. My only comment is the chicken was a little chewy and tough.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service. Plus the food was phenomenal- especially the Chicken Tikka Masala. They are very accommodating when it comes to your spice toleration level. Overall, a good place to eat.

This was so incredible after a long rehearsal!! Me and my friends were very hungry after a rehearsal nearby and we were seated, served, and satisfied before we even knew it! We had the lamb vindaloo which was the star in my opinion (get it very spicy for the best experience )and the butter chicken was delicious! We also had roti on the side which was so fresh and paired well with everything and we finished off our meal with the gulab jamun which was something new to me that I will be trying again. Highly you recommend for indian food!! Thank you to Ifra’s for a great night with great food and service!
