For what I see mine would not be the first photo of disappointment. I feel like most of the times I go here there is something either missing or wrong with my order. I keep coming back because its a little closer but last night I dont know if people didn’t see that my fries were half, or maybe even less that half way. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND FOR ANY COSTUMER ( because apparently the employees don’t) TO CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE…

7/31 lunch… Ordered a bowl. Swapped cantina chicken for steak and added the normal chicken for $1.50. Apparently, the chicken is $.75 per chicken chunk, which is CRAZY. Got 1 full piece and 2 tiny pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. I also removed rice and went half black beans so already overpaying for reduced ingredients to make it keto. Service was quick but if that is a reasonable serving for $1.50 add-on, then Taco Bell is willing to lose my business. Much better options than this location or their entire chain. See pictures.

I ordered a crunchy taco with no lettuce, add seasoned rice. This is the sad, sad taco I received. I am more than disappointed.
Everything else with the order was fine, and service was fine. The AI is a little offputting.

Not my fave Taco Bell at all. They always mess up the food or if it is right it’s extremely sloppy. The place is always MISERABLYYY FREEZING, literally MISERABLE! so bad you can’t even enjoy your food and as soon as you unwrap it, it all gets cold so fast cuz the place is like an ICE BOX. There were hardly any drink options, the seating area was absolutely DISGUSTING. the tables, seats and floors were super dirty with food, forks, wrappers, and sticky spots everywhere. The trash can had some kind of liquid just sitting in the top of it, and to top it off these people came in and starting burping unbelievably loud and gross, almost made me sick to my stomach it was so bad. And I don’t mean just once or twice but continuously… I thought she was going to puke herself, & somehow the manager or lady who was working thought it was funny and in her own words “it was awesome.” The reviews def don’t lie on this place. They need some serious help and work. Won’t go back by my choice, that’s for sure.

Manager is extremely rude. AI in drive through kept talking over the worker. We couldn’t hear them. Drove up and told them it was wrong at the window and she refused to help. Told us to back through the drive through because she couldn’t change an order or place a new one. Rolled her eyes and was disrespectful.

I walked in to order and was told I had to order on the self-serve kiosk. An older gentleman came in to order, after me, and was told the same. He hesitated, clearly struggled with the kiosk, walked back up to the counter, but no one stopped to help him so he walked out. Your staff is capable of taking orders and should be willing to do so if it is customer preference, especially for an older person who may have trouble with the screen.

Told the manager, Dante, that the Cinnamon twists had some kind of chemical on them. These were tried by five different people and no one could eat them. He did not care. Just went back to what he was doing. Threw away three orders of cinnamon twists. Also, if you order something on their menu that they are out of, you still get to pay for it… But no worries, you can have something that is lesser value for free. Eat here at your own risk.

Stay away from the night shift. Im really not exaggerating when I say my meal tonight was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The guy at the window was doing his job, but anyone involved in making food needs fired asap. I usually dont leave reviews like this, but tonight was completely unacceptable. $35 for absolute trash. Food was extremely cold and had to be heated up at home. Several items were missing from the order. Went back to get them and again cold. Please dont allow these people to serve food please!

Cold food, warm drink. Quesadilla didn’t even have the cheese melted. Eventually the ice cooled the soda some but not refreshing at all. Empenada was pretty old as well. 3 stars is generous.
