Came here as a last minute decision and it was definitely a terrible one to make had a 10/15 minute wait which was understandable as it was busy. However it took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come to table and get drink orders. Once we got our drinks we ordered the fajitas for 2 took about 30 mins to get our sides of rice that were extremely cold!! About 5 mins after that the fajitas came out and looked appealing other than the chicken being as white as snow. Asked for a side of guacamole that was never even rung in once looking at ticket. Definitely was not worth $60. Worse chilis experience

I was hoping to enjoy some Texas Cheese Fries and Skillet Beef Queso, but I was highly disappointed when I got back to my hotel, just a few minutes away.
For one, when I arrived at the “To Go” zone to order, a cluster of staff was in the kitchen chatting. It took a good minute for someone to approach me. Once she did, ordering was easy. It was after pick-up that things went south.
I ordered a full order of Texas Cheese Fries, a Skillet Beef Queso, a Chips & Salsa, along with 2 additional sides of salsa. The server laid my queso and salsa cups on their side in the bag which led to a mess. There were no napkins or cutlery. The queso and salsa cups were missing volume in the product. The fries were undercooked. Some of the chips were also undercooked and limber rather than crispy and crunchy.
All in all, I was only able to eat some salsa with some select chips. I wish I was local to take this order back to them to obtain a refund for the fries and queso when they reopen, but I may be headed home by then. Highly disappointed in this location.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and seated promptly. My server, Courtney went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful experience. I never waited more than a few seconds for drinks (and never had to ask for refills). She anticipated my needs and was just so pleasant! Great food, excellent service. This location is wonderful! I’ll be back.

The food was delicious and served very quick (which was fantastic on a busy Friday night), our server was excellent and was even training a new employee, our server checked on us often and made sure we enjoyed our meal, the restaurant was clean, they have the best nacho chips around, and checkout payment is easy with the kiosk on the table. Definitely recommend the bacon ranch quesadillas and the grilled street corn on the cob!! Perfect visit!

Thank you Chili’s in Camden SC for the wonderful Old Timey Tuesday take out meal yesterday when I came by to pick it up. It was very warm outside. I walked about a mile from my location I arrived at 6:10 PM My pickup time was 6:30 PM I arrived I sat down on the bench in the togo area. This sweetheart cashier came over and asked how can she help me? I said I was there for a pick up order but I was 20 minutes early because it was 6:10PM when I arrived and that my pickup time was not until 6:30PM She was gonna hand me my order because it was ALREADY READY for me which was AWESOME BUT the most IMPORTANT thank you is not for that. The MOST IMPORTANT thank you is for that total sweetheart female cashier that took care of me when I arrived at the Camden SC Chili’s yesterday at 6:10 PM EST I was tired and did not sleep very well I walked about a mile I was inside the to go area sitting on that bench This sweetheart cashier asked if I needed anything I told her I was there for a pickup & that the pickup time was 6:30PM I told her my She was gonna give me my order because it was ready 20 minutes early WOW!!! Awesome I told her I wanted a break from walking and she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I asked what can I have? She said anything. I said sweet tea She gave me a free large sweet tea for waiting. Please find out who she is because she deserves accolades for this above & beyond service I give her all the thanks in the world for this

Best dine out experience I have had in over 5yrs. From the greetings at the entrance to friendliness of our waitress Dallas the overall atmosphere was ole school hospitality. Steve the manager was out greeting every customers table and leading his staff (not something you see today).
Food wise I will say “I cleaned my plate” their Mushrooms Jack fajitas were absolutely scrumptious, My wife had the smokehouse dinner with BBQ chicken and baby back ribs that were tender and fell off the bone.
We’re not food critics by any means. We’re just the average every day working people that love to promote a good place. I will highly recommend Chili’s in Camden,SC to anyone and we will be returning often.
