As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went through the drive through and it was busy people lined up at the window and 3 cars in the drive through. We get to the window and there’s only one person there, and she kicked butt was handling the windows and making food all with great accuracy and speed. I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing!

Ordered delivery at 6:42pm . Delivery driver shows up with wrong order and says the store gave him the wrong bag. Called the store for more than 20 minutes before someone finally answered. Rude girl on the phone says that my order is their at the store for pickup. I said it was delivery and she said no it’s pickup . So if it’s pickup, then why did delivery guy show up to my house with an order you handed him when he said my name and it was the wrong order. Had to go the order in person, and not even the courtesy of giving me a fresh order instead of cold food that was sitting for over an hour. And now I’m screwed out of 15 dollars for delivery fee and tip and had to get the cold order myself. And again, no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks

Came here at 4:42AM that’s 20 minutes before closing time. The AI took my order. Sat there for 10 minutes with everyone ignoring me before someone told me ” yeah we’re closed” This checkers location has degraded in the quality of service inmesly , there is a good reason why I gather alot of data and I’m releasing a video soon on different fast foods services. Overall absolute 2/10 for checkers.

Went this morning at like 1am for a big back burger and boy did they deliver! I had that big glos beau ford and it was an incredible gooey cheesy masterpiece! I felt really bad for the two guys working two drive thrus with a long line and they were also very sweet. Please close one side for you guys when it’s like that, working yourselves too hard, people can wait. Thank you! I appreciate you. And that sea salt caramel shake wow!

Always pleased with checkers food but holy cow this app line is absurd. Thought I did the smart thing by ordering ahead.
App said food is ready at 2:26, got here at 2:26, was told I was in the wrong line so go to the other side. I’ve now counted 6 cars that have ordered food on the other drive up side and get their food while I’m stuck behind the same 1 car that’s in front of me.
Got my food at 2:42. Don’t use the app and order ahead at this location.

Very poor service quality. Both ordering and preparation are extremely slow. One of the rare places where I experienced such a waste of time. Definitely not recommended.

Not so good, used the drive thru and they did not give me my complete order. I did not get a sandwich that I ordered. I asked the guy, is everything in the bag and he confirmed yes. When I got home, I was short a burger sandwich. And he did not give me my receipt. The food was good but my daughter stood with out her burger. Very disappointing. The team at the drive thru needs to do better. How many other people do they do this too???

Love their $4 meal deal right now, though the last time I went they were out of pies and gave us the strawberry cheesecake bites instead. I really appreciated the willingness to find a good substitute, as they also offered the option of a shake, so I’m still giving them 5 stars despite the item not being available. Generally pretty quick service, they have a separate line for mobile orders, which I really like having.
