From reading the comments, we see when the salad bar changed. That was a disappointment from frequenting other Jason’s Deli and why we originally came.
Atmosphere: the lights were mostly off around ~7pm, to the point we thought they were closing. Was going to be dine-in but decided to-go with vibe.
Food:My wife’s sandwich, The New Yorker, has turned her stomach sour and my daughter’s salad had so much cheese, she scraped a handful off and still said it was mid. I ordered the Sicilian and was happy with the taste but wished it was larger.

Jason’s moved over by Bonefish Grill. This location is much smaller, no longer had a salad bar, no longer has an ice cream machine, and is way overpriced.
There are no more good vegetarian options. The “salad bar” is something that you have to tell them what you want and they make it in the back. You only get one “trip” to the salad bar. There was one vegetarian option and they served us a sandwich with meat on it.
We ordered a kids chicken fingers and a kids Mac and cheese. Both were gross and the Mac and cheese was watery. This deli used to be amazing and is now terrible. I was incredibly disappointed.

First, I have to tell you the two gentlemen employees are excellent. I am glad to see that they stayed on with Jason’s. But when we entered, we were totally shocked at the atmosphere totally not what we expected. We have been going to Jason‘s deli for numerous years started out in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was delighted to find out there was one here in Cincinnati (at the prior location) but when we enter today, we were in total shock . They literally had eight small tables. Salad bar was gone, and the ice cream machine was gone. They take away these items, but yet they raise their price. I hate to say that will be our last time visiting This location. I really hope it’s just a temporary location because it went from a naturally lighted and nice size deli to a dark and gloomy tiny room with 8 tables. Very disappointed.

First time here, got Amy O turkey sandwich, very tasty and good value. Got it carry out. Staff was friendly and was only a couple minutes from ordering till walking out the door. Recommend as a solid place for a quick, nutritious meal.

I wish I could give this 3.5 stars. I have been to two other Jason Deli locations and was shocked at this one. It’s small, dark, and the front area reeks of chemicals from the salon next door. But our food was good for the price and it came out quickly.

Jason’s has the deli concept down to a science. Extensive menu, big sandwiches and a huge salad bar in a clean modern setting staffed by friendly, attentive employees. A great place to grab a delicious bite but could use more side options with the sandwiches.
