First off I’ve never used the Taco Bell app but I was excited to try it. The staff wasn’t friendly when I arrived. The male at the window didn’t say anything to us at all. I returned to get sour cream. The man at the window handed me sour cream and walked away. There was no friendly interaction just annoyance. A women came to the window and said did you need something also annoyed. Why is it so hard to just be nice to people? If you hate your job find another one! I worked at Taco Bell for years and I never treated people this horrible! We will no be back because of the staff! Beautiful building, terrible customer service!

Jan 1, 26. Usually when I come through, my order is accurate and well made. I came in last night, December 30th, 25, and ordered a quesadilla, which was well made and done correctly. Tonight, I wanted two quesadillas just to celebrate. I worked at another location on the 4th of July, so I understand it can be busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru at the time I came to pick up my mobile order. My quesadillas were not steamed, and were not cut. They were lukewarm, just grilled. I go back around and inform the staff politely that my quesadilla is lukewarm at best and not cut, pull forward, and receive replacements. While they were cut this time, I can tell they still were not steamed, and were still roughly the same temperature. I was the only one in the drive thru, and it is in the training to steam the quesadillas. If two quesadillas is roughly $12, they should at least be made correctly.

Food was correct. Young lady at window obviously didn’t want to be working, her attitude was horrible. Didn’t close lid on drink and before I knew it i had pop down my shirt,jeans and seat of vehicle.

Giving 1 star just from this most recent experience there and I will never return to this Taco Bell because of it.
Sunday evening around 5-6pm I went to Walmart get groceries then really wanted an iced tea, I was like alright I’ll go to Taco Bell and get one and a burrito while I’m at it. I order on the mobile app and let them know I have a mobile order, it’s all good so I pull up to the window and they hand me my tea and still wishing on the burrito no biggy. So I am ready for the tea so I break open the straw and take a big sip only to immediately realize that whatever just entered my mouth is for sure not for human consumption. I have NO idea what was in the tea because just looking at it; it looked like tea but it was NOT tea, nor was it soda or any drinkable drink. It tasted like some kind of chemical and salty. It wasn’t just bad tea, there was no tea taste it was straight chemicals. I went to hand her the drink saying she could take this back and couldn’t get many other words out because I was flabbergasted and wondering if I had just been poisoned from drinking some unknown substance. She told me they couldn’t take the drink back, understandable and I’m glad because after I realized that incase something happened that drink can be tested.
Looking at the drink there is very obviously something seriously wrong with it. From top to bottom there is this Smokey looking shape all through the tea, thinking about it or looking at it makes me nauseous. I have never been more disturbed before in my entire life. It actually scared me. It’s been two days and so far I’m okay besides some diarrhea however I’m not sure if it was from the “tea” or maybe something else. I plan on getting some blood tests done and calling poison control to find out if the drink can be tested. I love Taco Bell but I’m horrified and won’t be back. I may never drink tea or any other drink from anywhere ever again.

The line for the drive thru was huge (not the problem). Got the food and drinks. My drink was just carbonated water. They asked what meat we wanted on our burritos. Gave wrong meat so it didn’t even taste that great. Asked for side of sour cream gave a small cup filled 1/4 of the way. I went to try to get it fixed inside and the doors were locked so I’d have to go thru the long drive thru again

This is always the better of all the Taco Bells in the area. 9 times out of 10 my order is correct and if not they fix it right away. The drive thru can take a wee bit longer if they’re busy, but that’s understandable. Employees are always nice and kind.

One car was in front of me and started honking , idk if they came to the window when I pulled up n thought it was me . But brought my food out with a big as scoop of beans . I asked for no beans . Never again will I come here . Monday feb 16 2:30AM . 2 girls working from what I can see . To play around with my food and I waited patiently is insane god bless .

We often go to this Taco Bell as it is close to my house and it is open late. Tonight there was an older gentleman who was working the drive through window and the speaker, he was doing very good multitasking and was super polite! He even said hello to my dog in the back seat! I was super impressed and just thought he was the best worker I have seen there. I am unsure of his name but I had to add this!

Aside from the horrendous disfigurement of an innocent quesadilla, the food was standard Taco Bell.
Girl at drive through could have been perceived as a bit terse, but was sweet and friendly after I complimented her necklace.
– Maybe those complaining about rudeness below should try more to be proactively nice to others and see how peoples’ reactions become more positive.
