I just left this McDonalds get home and find old fries and a half cooked Double Quarter Pounder. These pictures speak for themselves. You does the service in the Black Community always have to be bottom end? The quality of service and food should be the same across the franchise just as the prices are!!!!

Whole order was messed up. No egg in mcmuffins, and instead of 1 Splenda put 5 sugar packets. My father is diabetic it could’ve really messed with his blood sugar. Hire better workers instead of lazy people

Ordered from here through DoorDash on September 24th at like 3am. Had it delivered to the hospital because I was in the ER with my mother. Food was cold and I had no drink. Went to the store at 4:32am. A worker who identified as Camille told me she was a mgr, proceeded to tell me the food was cold because of DoorDash. I told her I watched him travel with the food thru the app so that makes no sense. Then she proceeded to tell me I had no drink because I ordered a shake and the shake machine was off. Then I asked for the number to McDonald’s and she told me to check the website then I called the number and the line was busy. She was extremely rude and I will be writing letters up the chain.

Ordered a Carmel frappe, drunk half of it before realizing it’s pieces of hard blue plastic. I don’t know how much I drunk considering it’s so small. Smh, after waiting 20 minutes for it. They need to close this location.

This was such a beautiful McDonald’s. The restaurant was squeaky clean. The bathrooms for immaculate. The food was hot. Fresh. And fries. Were fresh as well. The staff was very friendly. Very very nice experience.
