For the past couple of days every time we would try to order at 10:15pm or around 10 through the drive thru we would get an automated message stating they are closed even though the website and even business hours states it closes at 11pm. I can understand the need to close at a certain time to clean up but to close almost an whole hour early even when it shows on the website the inside doesn’t close to midnight doesn’t make sense to me.

Drive thru service is great. When you go inside to pick up it is like you don’t exist. Multiple employee’s looking at you but not asking if they can help.

Lately, they got new boys for staff and they are so rude with no customer service. I always ask for extra stuff on my burgers and it’s like they think it means none because it’s never correct, just annoying when you pay for that stuff to get nothing. Mind you we go atleast 2 times a week. They were so good until the past month, the quality and customer service is horrible. We get sent to park in the parking spots to wait 10 minutes for 1 meal while there are so many boys standing around joking and playing while multiple people are at the counters waiting. Thank gosh there’s 2 McDonald’s here now.

My husband and I love the bagels and have found through out our travels that they can be hit or miss. This morning they were a hit! The bagels were delicious the line wasn’t long, and the service was prompt.

They did not put in my mobile drive thru code so I did not earn points on the 56 dollar order. They up charged us for 2 shakes that we couldn’t get because the machine wasnt working. Instead of refund etc they got medium frozen cokes. They also did not put the souvenir toy in either of them. Then when I go into get the toy they first gave a happy meal toy until finally they gave me what we paid for. The whole while acting like it was a problem for them to make it right. Horrible service! Shout out to the black boy in the drive thru because he was awesome but he stands alone at that McDonald’s

Went to grab food really quickly over a 30 minute lunch break. I was one of 2 cars, and was told to pull up to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, I never did get my food and was forced to leave to make it back to work.

Super slow and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Last time I sat waiting on a mobile order for 25 minutes and ended up leaving without my food. No one would answer the phone and I just refuse to go inside when the whole point was not to go inside. Still no response on my complaint or my refund.
