I have been an avid fan of Jollibee since I was in the Philippines. Even after moving to the United States, I made sure to live near a Jollibee location because I truly enjoy your food. I frequently order takeout from your Chantilly branch almost four times a week and usually order a 6-piece Chickenjoy bucket with sides.
Throughout my visits, most of the crew members have been very kind and professional. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered a crew member named Jon whose behavior was disappointing.
I politely asked for a small extra gravy because the gravy included with my 6-piece Chickenjoy was not full and was not enough for all the pieces. In the past, other staff members have kindly provided a small extra gravy upon request. However, Jon responded in a rude tone, stating, “We are not giving free gravy.” When I explained that I had previously received extra gravy from other staff, he immediately said, “Do you want me to call our manager so they can be in trouble? We are not giving free gravy.”
I felt that this response was unprofessional and unnecessary. I was simply asking politely, not demanding anything. As someone who has worked as a crew member and currently works as a restaurant server, I understand policies must be followed but there is always a respectful way to communicate with customers.
This is the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment at your Chantilly location, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service moving forward.

Best fried chicken & angus burgers in fast food. Take a few extra minutes to get your food but they make the burgers to order.
The spicy dark meat (thighs and legs) with Jolispaghetti and Adobo rice is the way to go. Crisp and juicy hot fresh chicken with a kick. Flavorful rice and a sweet savory spaghetti with pieces of hot dog & gooey cheese.
The Angus deluxe burger has special sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions & pickles with a smashed burger patty on a soft bun. Best backyard burger ever. Fresh, juicy and flavorful.
Also for dessert, they have a peach mango pie to die for.

Jollibee never disappoints! The Chickenjoy is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the gravy is chef’s kiss. The Jolly Spaghetti is perfectly sweet and nostalgic—such a comfort food. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Every visit feels like a little taste of home. Will definitely keep coming back!

Checked out the new Jollibee in Ashburn and it definitely lived up to the hype. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and patient while I figured out what to order. The Chickenjoy came out hot, crispy, and well seasoned, not overly salty. The gravy was on point too. I also tried the peach mango pie and it was fresh and flaky—not overly sweet.
It was busy when I came in, but the line moved faster than expected and the order was accurate. Overall, a solid first visit. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time ordering, and I was very disappointed. When I found out they had Korean barbecue chicken, I asked an employee what kind of sauce it came with. He told me there was no sauce — only spicy or non-spicy. After driving 30 minutes to pick it up, I was frustrated to discover that the information was wrong. I called the store and spoke with the manager, but he didn’t apologize; he only said he would talk to his employee. This is unacceptable service, and I feel that my time and money were completely wasted.

I saw this place and decided to try it, The brightness of the restaurant was welcoming. The line to order was not quick. The food had good taste, but they are limited on condiments, no mayonnaise, and no mustard. The fried chicken tasted good, but when you get close to the bone, it was very nasty looking like it was not cooked all the way. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, and the biscuit was very good. The cheeseburger had a good taste to it and was enjoyable, I like either just bbq sauce or ketchup and mustard. They do not have mustard. The restaurant was not clean as all trash cans were overflowing, and it seemed they had plenty of help. I would say they food was good, and I am not sure I would recommend Jollibee at this time. My wife liked the mac and cheese, the chicken strips, and her cheeseburger. I would go again just to be fair and see if it will get better.
