Dear taco bell corporate. Get these people some support. The building is clearly filthy the staff was so overwhelmed. Our drinks were missed. Our food made wrong. But it a long and big rush that frankly should be well known and easily planned for giving the amount of time this location has been open. Understand I’m not faulting the staff they ran around like crazy trying to maintain the madness. Need a couple more for rush hours

Food was tolerable. The floors were sticky and there was a mess by the drink dispensers that nobody cleaned up. Overall a wreck of a store from what it used to be. Best to order ahead of time if you’re going to eat here as the drive through is typically packed.

Never did I think I’d give Taco Bell a glowing review, BUT I come here pretty frequently for my lunch. It’s typically around the time that the school is on lunch. And this location has not once disappointed me.

Maybe it’s because I get the same thing every day? Who knows, but thank you to everyone here that gets slammed with high school kids daily and still puts out good food for anyone else going through!

Ladies at the window were amazing. The one with glasses was so nice, and the blonde one had a cute smile. Although I think whoever is making the food has a temper.. out taco was all over the place and kind of looked smashed. Overall pretty nice experience.

Food is wrong 70-80% of the time, order a beef taco you are going to get potato, order a bacon Crunchwrap you are going to get sausage, etc. 100% of the time you will be waiting at least 20 minutes to get food. Honest,hand to god, this is the 2nd worst Taco Bell in the state only surpassed by the other one in this town. If you have the time I recommend going to the one in North Vernon, Seymour, or any location that doesn’t have a Columbus address.

Yikes, where to begin. First off the parking lot/drive thru lane was terribly laid out and confusing (first ever visit, at night). They got my order wrong, but were quick to make up what was missing. But it was not great, stale chips, everything just kinda slopped together. Place was pretty haggard inside and could use some cleaning especially behind the counter. Going there was an unfortunate mishap in the first place, the app randomly overlooked the Taco Bell that was less than a mile down the road and sent me to this one. Might be the roughest Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life, this place needs some help.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON EXISTENT! Weren’t through the drive through and they were not busy. They messed up our order . My husband had to go inside to get them to make it right and lol someone just handed him a other bag of fries. The food was OK, nothing great, just ok.
We will not return to this location…
Recommend trying the one on 46 W might be better. Idk but I will let you know.

AVOID THIS LOCATIONS LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!

The kids working here DO NOT care about any kind of service. They do not want to be there as it is, so getting anything you order, will either take 30-45 minutes or you won’t get all that you order. Furthermore, if you do get what you ordered, it is very poorly put together.

Corporate does not care about this issue. That have proven that after multiple calls and complaints.

Go to the location on 46. They know how to treat their customers.

9/23/25 UPDATE!!!!! I have now been promised 3 times to receive a call from corporate, and have yet to receive one. They do not care about any issues or problems you may have at one of their locations. All they care is about collecting that $$$. Well, I will no longer give my hard earned money to this disgusting franchise! I will give it to franchises and mom and pop shops that care about your experience and want you to be happy.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience. Managers and employees very unprofessional. Parking lot had many areas with smashed trash and food. Managers and employees talking and mocking customers in front of customers. A manger trying to intimidate a customer through the door. A few staff looked unhygienic as well.

Went here after War of the Roses weigh ins. They were backed up in the drive thru. Inside was clean. Staff was friendly. You could tell the staff was short-handed but handling the influx of people. Only reason service did not get a five-star is because we had to make multiple trips up to remind them of something forgotten for an order of four. Do know know they were understaffed? That’s why food and atmosphere I would say was still a five. They responded when we requested no issues.
