02-20-2020 lunchtime. So I am going to judge Taco Bell based upon everything except the food. I’ve never been a big fan of the taste of Taco Bell yet I eat it occasionally out of convenience. The location appeared to be clean even throughout my meal there were people from behind the register coming out into the lobby wiping down and sweeping. The person behind the counter that took my order pick my meal for me. He done a good job, he was very polite sociable and helpful. The location seem to be modern as well as relaxing music playing while you eat. I would return to this location and I have a video I posted as well if you would like to see that.

Food was decent. They got rid of the nacho fries which sucks. They just stared selling them so I dunno if they weren’t selling well or not. The also got rid of the cheesy gordita crunch cravings meal deal for $5. Now they have a supreme chulupa $5 cravings deal that comes with a crunchy taco, five layer burrito, chulupa, cinnamon twist, and a drink. Still not bad for $5 though.

Some of the employees don’t understand the concept of Customer Service. One cashier was chewing gum, one was not very polite, and the on-duty manager was not interested in hearing my complaint about the cashier taking the order through the drive-through being curt, almost rude.

Ok so I ordered two soft tacos, a thing, a nacho, a dessert thingy and a Baja blast freeze. I do not drink blue raspberry and they gave me no chips for my nachos and they blue raspberry freeze. I am very disappointed. The service is horrible but the food we did get was OK

Almost every time I or anyone I know visits this location, at least one thing is wrong with the order. What made me reach my tipping point though is that they hire and keep racist people. I’ve heard or seen more than one incident but the latest one was a worker (manager?) berating a Mexican woman for having a Spanish accent when ordering, then claiming she (the racist weirdo) couldn’t possibly be racist because she’s black. Just ridiculous and not worth putting up with.

It is becoming very annoying that every time we place an order at this location something is wrong with our order. Tonight both items on our order were incorrect. By the time we made it home it was too much trouble to turn around and go back to town. We ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese and a soft taco meat and cheese only. The bean burrito had NO CHEESE and the soft taco had meat, sour cream, tomatoes and guacamole with NO CHEESE. This is uncalled for. It’s almost as if whatever you order if it has a special request they make the order totally the opposite.

It was closed initially. However, I went back and got the breakfast crunch wrap. They are so delicious. A never fail with several choices. If you miss breakfast, they have some during the remainder of the day. Try it!!
