Came here with family last weekend and we over-ordered like crazy but honestly worth it.

The sev puri was so good — fresh, crunchy, the chutneys were on point. Gobi Manchurian was crispy and had a nice kick to it, we almost ordered a second round. Hakka noodles were solid, big portion and good flavor. And the naan was hot out of the tandoor which is always a plus.

Food came out pretty quick, staff was nice. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes you get. Will definitely be back to try more stuff on the menu.

Honestly, so happy to have a delicious indian buffet back in Louisville. Food is great, staff is very friendly, and the updated space looks great. If you like indian food, give this place a shot. I would have taken better pictures, but the food was so tasty it disappeared before I could get the photos

We enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was fresh, spice level to preference, and the service was great. Friendly & welcoming atmosphere, much better than the restaurant that was previously in this space.
I appreciate that they didn’t sweeten the Masala Chai. We will definitely put Turmeric Bistro on our favorites list!

Food was good. Has a good variety of options to try in the buffet. Spice level was spot on for me. Ambience was good inside. If you are a larger group do contact them since the max capacity of tables that they can join together is around 18-20 although other fixed tables can be used for bigger groups.

Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in Louisville and the nearby area. The biryanis are easily some of the best I’ve ever had fragrant, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Indian curries are just as impressive, rich, authentic, and clearly made with care.

If you’re someone who actually appreciates real Indian food, this place is a must-try. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced, not overly oily or toned down.

Already excited because their bar is opening next week which is only going to make the experience even better. Definitely becoming my go-to Indian spot in Louisville.

We ordered Gobhi Manchurian, Paneer Lababdar, and Mango Lassi, Pani puri and all the dishes were excellent. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, which is greatly appreciated. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful, making the overall dining experience highly enjoyable.

We love Indian buffets and have been so disappointed that there haven’t been any lunch buffets in Louisville since Covid. So we were thrilled to get to try this place. It has been totally revamped appearance wise and food wise since its previous incarnation. Food was good with lots of meat choices, although there weren’t as many vegetable choices as we’d like to have seen. Service was wonderful. We will definitely go back when we’re ready to fork over the $18/per person price again.

Congratulations!! This is now the “Best Indian Buffet” in Louisville!!
Just opened in January 2026…
I had the lunch buffet and it was worth every penny!! The Cauliflower was excellent, the Biryani was great, and they had the elusive Chicken 65 on the buffet too!! The curry goat was delicious and not too many bones! (most places the goat is really boney)
Also, the Saag Paneer(my favorite Indian dish) was very likely the best I’ve ever tasted!! Go give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.
