Food and service were great (though we waited a bit longer than expected to get the food on the table) Brisket was cooked to perfection. Ribs and pulled pork were alao tasty. The slice of white bread under the meat in the Sampler is unnecessary I think. That dish is already great without the bread. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the decorations and the lighting. There is also live music in the evening. This is a great place to stop on the way back from a long day at Mt Hood. I highly recommend this place if you are a BBQ fan!

Absolutely loved the Skyway! I and my boyfriend had eaten here during our anniversary, and were so happy with what we got. The food was hot, had great spices and perfect flavor. I had never been and was upset I hadn’t ever had it till now! The mac and cheese was so good, definitely would order as a whole meal instead of just a side. My chicken was super juicy and tasted like perfect barbeque. Their sauces (especially the mystery sauce) was so yummy. Great prices for lots of food too. The overall atmosphere was great, albeit a little dark inside. But the string lights made up for it. Right as we were leaving, the fireplace got started up and it smelt lovely. Can’t wait to be back!

Checked this place out on a Monday night. It was quiet but I would love to come back when there is live music. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. And helpful! We got a good mix of all the meats. Everything we tried we said it was our favorite but if you had to make me say one, it would be the pulled pork. The seasonal vegetable was a cold beat salad that was awesome. Would love to go again!

Absolutely one of my favorite places on the mountain. The vibe is great, the folks are always nice, and the food is amazing. The mac and cheese is incredible, and the BBQ is always great. Some might think that prices are a bit high; I disagree. I can tell what it takes to run and maintain a place like this, and over the years (and through the pandemic) they were very open about the difficulties faced in a highly seasonal, small town, mountain environment. I am willing to pay a bit more to have this place stay open and mostly unchanged. Go here, support them, tip well, and keep this place humming!

It was a really good restaurant to pass by after hiking. The aesthetic of this place is great. The outdoor seating is pretty and the indoor seating offers it own quirks. The brisket I had wasn’t anything super amazing but it was still delicious. The baked beans and Mac and cheese were made well. Definitely would like to see some bigger portions for the price.

We went on a Saturday night for dinner and the live music. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very fun and cozy atmosphere. The band playing that night was Skillethead and they were awesome. Next time we are in the area we will be stopping for the yummy BBQ and good vibes.

You should *not* get their delicious BBQ. It’s very good, but the burger is one of, if not the best, burgers you’ll ever eat anywhere.
The downside is that it will spoil you for literally all other burgers, but it’s worth it.
The pastrami is good, the brisket, and ribs too, are classic bbq, but something about the burger is next level.
And no matter what, do not leave without at least tasting the mac and cheese. Get a cup and share with the table, if you don’t order your own. It’s also one of the best I’ve ever had.

A great stop after a hike nearby! The brisket sandwich is a must try. It was super tender. They do have outdoor seating, which is great to enjoy and absorb the scenery.

Now this was an absolutely great experience. We came in on a very busy and packed night, yet every single person working was extremely nice and attentive to us. The food was also incredible. We will definitely be back! Not just for the food and cozy vive, but for the welcoming and excellent customer service.
