I GO HERE A LOT FOR BREAKFAST.. WAS HERE TODAY ON 10/20/25.. MY ORDER I PLACED WASN’T CORRECT.. I ORDERED A JR SAUSAGE BURRITO AND GOT TWO CHEESE AND EGG CROISSANTS INSTEAD! THERE HAS BEEN A FEW TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN WRONG AND IT WAS FIXED FOR ME THE NEXT DAY FOR FREE! TODAY I WAS RUNNING ALMOST LATE FOR WORK SO COULDN’T RETURN THEM.. I THRU THEM OUT.. I ATE MY HASH BROWNS THOUGH.. I WAS HERE ON 12/3/25 AND GOT THE ULTIMATE BREAKFAST ALONG WITH A EXTRA ORDER OF PANCAKES! DON’T YOU KNOW I DIDN’T RECEIVE SYRUP OR PLASTIC FORK AND KNIFE! LUCKILY I HAD SOME AT WORK.. I DID CALL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW.. I SHOULD OF AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVED THOSE ITEMS.. I HOPE THAT ESTABLISHMENT GET IT TOGETHER.. I GO THERE MOST MORNINGS! Ive been going to this burger king only a few years and it gets worse and worse. Today I made an online order. And had to sit in line for forty five minutes. Knowing that my food was not going to be made right.either the employees need to be trained better by there supervisors or they just don’t care. Dont waste your money at a fast food joint that isn’t going to made sure your food is correct hot and fresh and in the bag. Missing food and drinks when clearly on the receipt. Burgers made incorrectly. Pretty disappointing. DO BETTER BURGER KING!!! You are losing your right to be called the king when your people are making you look like the jester

Yesterday I didn’t get my change back so I went today and picked it up BUT I ordered a whopper no cheese no pickles plus 2 double hamburgers with no cheese and no pickles SO I get home started to eat the whopper here it has 5 pickles then I decided to open both double hamburgers and they each had 2 pickles. Pickles I can’t eat so I had to remove and wash my burgers down so I don’t get pickle juice. No I won’t be back again for anything and now I can see why my other family members prefer McDonalds

Came it around 9:45 for breakfast. Dine-in. Served up cold hash brown while we watched them instead of dropping fresh one. Sandwich was pretty good and the restaurant was up to date and pretty clean. Staff almost gave our tray to someone else but overall experience for Pittsfield was ok.

I purchased a large bacon king at the drive through for $14.64 gave customer service rep. $50 and she gave me back $5.36 change saying I gave her $20 plus no paper towels with the order. This place sucks

As usual the tables and floors were disgusting. I thought since I hadnt been inside since 2018 that would have changed, but no. I washed the table and chairs my self with hand sanitizer and napkins. The napkins came back black.

3/2/25 @ 1230pm I placed my order and knew right away that i was not going to recieve what i ordered, because the child taking my order was not only clearly not listening to me, but also didnt seem to be familiar with Burger Kings menu. As assumed, both of the sandwichs i ordered were made incorrectly. I let one of them slide, but being as i am lactose intolerant, eating a burger with cheese on it is not an option for me. I went up to the counter for a replacement (and by replacement i simply mean getting what i paid for), and was informed that i would need to wait until after the lunch rush for my new burger. I asked if i could get my money back instead, and they refused. So my only options were to 1: Leave without my food, thus getting scammed by a billion dollar corporation, or 2: wait for my food and be late to my 1pm appointment. Because i am unable to justify handing over money to a corporation in exchange for nothing, i chose to wait. Upon getting my replacement, it was still made incorrectly. I ordered a double whopper, a staple of the menu, and they just kept making me some specialty burger with diff topping and condiments. I tried eating it but it tasted like trash, prolly why its not a permanent menu item. To review: I paid money to burger king, got no food out of it, and was made to be late for my appointment. The girl at the counter needs to prioritize accurately taking customers food orders over acting black. You are a cog in a machine, act like it.

5:15 at 6:00 p.m. manager behind the counter swearing in front of customers and as I ordered my food she looked at the other person and said I don’t touch that steakhouse burger it stinks. But made other patrons uncomfortable play swearing.
