Food was all hot and fresh. Came straight out of the fryer. The new Hand breaded tenders are delicious. Keeps the same taste but better taste. Similar texture to the Bo bites. Great service, great food l. Will be back

Update: my receipt from our visit to the Cartersville store this morning confirms that we were charged extra by the Kennesaw store when we were there resulting in the review below …….. My wife and I decided to stop in at this Bojangles locations for breakfast .. the Biscuits and Bo Rounds were good but the BoBerry Biscuits were a little dry .. the dining area was very cold and could be cleaner as there were dirty tables from previous diners .. the bigger issue with this dining experience that I had is that we were charged extra for the Bo Rounds even though both of us ordered the Biscuit Meals with the Bo Rounds included along with the drinks .. when I questioned the associate who took our order, we were told that the menu board is incorrect but the company never updated it and brushed off the issue I raised .. be aware that you are going to be charged extra when you order a Biscuit Meal at this location and possibly at other Bojangles locations too .. love the Bo Rounds but don’t like the way the company don’t care about their guests enough to update their menu boards to reflect their current prices .. the two photos attached to this review shows the menu board and my receipt to support this review

This food is not good! Chicken and white gravy flavorless. Mac n cheese taste like it came from the cheap box with the powdered cheese. Manager and cashier were nice and friendly but he forgot my biscuit. Also, floor was so greasy that we almost fell coming in the door.

The chicken is pretty good. If you’ve had Bojangles in the past and have enjoyed it, you’re likely to find the same at this location. If you’ve never had it, you’ll probably like it if you’re a fan of fried chicken. Overall the place is clean and the staff is nice. Service is quick! The music however is sure to make your lunch taste bad. I used my phone to identify one of the heartburn givers (Trey Songz). They just kept coming song after song, each one worse than the one before. I guess if you like this type music, pumped out of some cheap speakers served up in mono, with a chorus of distortion, this is the place for you! If you’re like me and struggle to tune out bad music, I might suggest you take it to go.

I ordered the 8pc dark meat with biscuits for about $21. I received 8 thighs and 4 Bo-berry biscuits. At what point was someone going to say we gave you blueberry biscuits even though that’s not what you ordered and all thighs. There was no consideration for in the event being allergic to blueberry. You don’t know what people are allergic to and you put blueberry biscuit in a box with chicken. When I came to pick up the order, I should’ve been told these are the only biscuits we have if that was the case because no one said anything and I should’ve been given another option. The customer service at this place is always lacking. I don’t understand why the management is not able to train the staff in proper customer service. I have given this place so many chances and you guys continue to fail at this point. This location needs to be closed down. I would like to be refunded.

This was my first time ever eating at a Bojangles. It was good. I’d definitely eat at one again. My husband ordered dirty rice as his side; he said it was good. It looked good and smelled good. Now let’s talk about the sweet tea…. Bomb dot com!!!!
After their chicken sits fir a certain amount of time, I’m assuming they dispose of it. We had to wait for fresh chicken. I was surprised because normally restaurants will give you what’s already ready. So to them.

This place is AMAZING first time here so a little awkward but the food is DELICIOUS. The employees are super friendly and the chicken is SUPER CRISPY FLAVORFUL AND SIMPLY DELICIOUS. It’s also on the cheaper side of fast food. Lot of variety including drippings and free sauce packets. Eat here now.

Ordered 2 Cajun filet biscuits. After getting on the hwy we found out there was only 1 in the bag. Tried to call the resturaunt 4 times and they wouldn’t answer the phone. We couldn’t afford the time to turn around and go back to the resturaunt. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I want my money back! Very disappointed!

I stopped by the drive through on a Sunday around noon and when I say this place was packed, man. But I want to give a shout out to the young man running the drive thru that day. His name was Daris; I asked him because I was so impressed. All though there were cars being pulled up and to the side from people waiting on their fresh hot delish Bojangles chicken and biscuits, Mr Daris never showed panic, stress and did it with a smile. Each order he handed out or took to a car while I was there, he handed with a smile and positive attitude
