We came in the drive thru tonight and ordered a McCrispy without bacon. We asked a simple question if it comes with bacon and the worker was giving a normal answer which was fine until the manager literally shouted at the top of her lungs which was ridiculous and unnecessary. We didn’t need the answer to be screamed at our faces. Overall a bad experience and would never recommend asking questions to people here unless you want to get screamed at.

I don’t like the energy of this new staff after covid and the amount of orders done wrong has now become insurmountable.
I’ve been coming to this location for decades and just recently, the atmosphere has been so still and it seemed everyone is so fed up with each other’s mistakes.
I was even accused of eating out of a happy meal fries by the manager when I returned it to switch the the wrong order of the cheeseburger for my kid’s 4-piece nuggets.
No apologies, nothing.
In the drive-thru, you’d have to revise your order on the other person’s screen and the if you’re ordering water bottles, they’ll admittedly charge you for sweet tea and then have to explain to the second window it’s supposed to be for water, because you didn’t order sweet tea.
All the attitude from just being straightforward is incredible and now, just two small soft drinks in my Doordash breakfast of mcgriddles and pies.

Ordered two double cheese burgers with no onion and no mustard and the open my food and both burgers had no patties. Then I drive back to the mcdonald’s and address it to the manager and manager seemed very uninterested. Always have issues with this mcdonald’s

Good fish sandwich but it’s getting smaller every time I order this. I remember it use to be double the size years ago. Time have changed. The patty of the burger is also thinner and not juicy anymore.

Called to give my concerns about my Door Dash orders always coming out WRONG, the shift leader Jackie had a terrible attitude & didn’t know how to answer my questions, she didn’t know the corporate number & couldn’t tell me how to get hold of them, she just kept repeating “it’s on the bottom of the receipt” & I had to repeat again “I’m a Door Dash customer”. This store is terrible 3 out of 4 orders have been all wrong, missing items, food prepped wrong. Seems like they aren’t reading the orders correctly & aren’t trying to make any improvements. I ordered different items but was sent everything in McGriddle buns & other missing items. This is a service that should be treated with some professionalism & care & I will keep lobbying for Door Dash to cut ties with this McDonald’s location.

I’ve void coming to this location. I have the worst experience here. There’s a time I ordered 1 large fries for my daughter and requested for it to be fresh. I was in the drive thru over 15min and after 15min I was parked for another 15min and my fries was not fresh. I asked if I can get fresh fries since that’s all I ordered and I waited now 30min. I waited 2 to 3 min and they came out with the same fries and told me it’s fresh. The staff said I can go in and ask the cook myself if it was made fresh and he will tell me yes. Truly horrible service. One time my husband did a mobile order for a kids meal and waited over 1 hour for 1 kids meal. If you don’t see that it is ridiculous waiting for 1 hour for 1 kids meal, then management is nothing but failure. How sad it is to let this type of management to continue. Today, same thing have happened again. My husband mobile order 1 kids meal and waited 1 hour. He went in twice for them to tell him they’re still making it. 3rd time he went they told him his order was cancel because they didnt have the kids toy.. Instead of making the situation better they just continued to ignore my husband. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, I’m disappointed again. I been refusing to come here but there’s time when it’s convenient to come to this location. It’s sad how nothing been done. This place does not deserve one star
