The new worker needs a hearing aide, she even repeated my nach order, I guess she didn’t hear my soft taco with ground beef. Ugh. Don’t wirk there, that was supposed to be my lunch. N I had to pay 5.00 for the jalapeños, onions. And tomatoes. Pft.!

They were friendly. Food was okay but my tamales were served cold. Ceviche tostado was loaded with fish and zesty lemon. Bonus points for not being loaded with jalapeños and burning. Flavored well.

Great quesadillas yummy chip, the best customer service. I love the server. She was great and the guacamole was pretty awesome and coming from San Francisco, California where I’m used to really good Mexican food and after living in Anchorage Alaska only 3 weeks trying to find a really good Mexican spot where it felt like family and comfort and community. This was a spot and I can’t wait to come back 😉

Ordered and payed online for pick up from Arctic locations. When my boyfriend showed up they told him he had to go to the Dimond location even after showing him on his phone it was for there. He goes to the other Gallos that say it’s not there. They called the Arctic Gallos and spoke to them and said he can return to pick up that they were making it now. He returns and waits. He recieves the order and brings it home. Two orders that were supposed to have beef had chicken instead. One was specifically stated no beans but was loaded with beans. I don’t think I will purchase from them again. Bad service and wrong good. Do not recommend!

I have gone to this location for over 2 years now. Food is excellent, decently priced too. Service has always been friendly and helpful! This location is big enough to accomidate large parties with an upper room. Highly recommend this place for Mexican food in anchorage.

Ordered a premium fajitas for just under $40. It only came with 3 tortillas. When I asked for more, the waiter dint tell me he was going to charge me $4.50 for three more tortillas. I noticed that on the bill. He wouldn’t take it off. That is greed and crossed the line. Gallos you lost a loyal customer.
