Just what the doctor ordered! Awesome selection of frozen treats – shakes, malts, dip cones, sundaes, concrete mixers, and more, with a boatload of flavor options you won’t find at other ice cream places. Plus, there are some popular grill items if you want to make a meal of it. Great service. What struck me tonight was how friendly and polite everyone was – not just the employees, but the people in line as well. Recommend!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience tonight. I went out of my way to support this small business, even driving past both Culver’s and Dairy Queen to come here specifically. I arrived before closing time and was standing in line at the walk-up window along with several other customers.
Despite all of us being in line before 9:00 PM, the staff took orders from only the first two people and then refused service to the remaining two—after closing time—while we were still waiting. They literally served half the line and turned the rest of us away.
Whether this is due to poor policies, lack of proper training, or both, it sends the wrong message to loyal customers who choose to support you over more convenient options. This isn’t how you build lasting customer relationships, and it certainly makes me think twice about coming back

Ice cream is good, seems like good prices for the amount.
Food on the other hand absolutely disgusting. Burger seemed microwave, bun was soggy, fries weren’t salted. Only forced down half of it. I woke up with food poisoning this morning. Don’t get the food.

Famous BBQ Beef, Cheddar Nuggets, Onion Rings French Fries, the food is way better than the photo shows. Service is friendly and efficient. The food and the place take me back in time. There is a drive thru and a walk up window (preferred) and tables with shade umbrellas in front and at the side. They have a sign, Bikers Welcome. I didn’t even have ice cream and I’m completely impressed.

No specific space for sitting inside. But we can sit outside. I ordered hot fudge shake with Oreo on top (Boston shake). It’s not that much of great. I visited lots of dessert places where these shakes are better. But if I consider in Cedar Rapids then, it’s good! Quantity is also good!

The freezes are really good. They give you lots of soft serve ice cream with a small. A junior size is enough for me from now on. Good place right off the interstate and bike trail.
