I think one star is good enough. The floors were super sticky when we walked in, and none of the tables were wiped down. The staff didn’t greet anyone. I ordered the meal with the Red Bull and waited so long to get my Red Bull. I asked the girl behind the counter for some mayo. Her response was, “I know there is some, but I am new, and I don’t know where they put it.” I asked if anyone else would know. The other staff said they don’t have mayo. My friends joined shortly after, and they didn’t take their order for at least 10 minutes, and no one else besides us was there. My husband has ordered onion rings and they were horrible. Probably deforested and refrozen. Unhealthy code.
If we had stayed there the entire time until closing, the staff wouldn’t have cared and would have locked the doors with us still inside. Most ignored service.

Not. Im online order…. oh sorry we are soo busy…this after 3 vehicles behind me get theirs. I leave with nothing. Plus now I’m 10min late to work. Horrible customer service. Needs retraining!! 0 stars should be option!

Horrible service through the drive thru. She was very rude in her responses. We weren’t done ordering and she turned off her mic so we pulled up to the window. She ignored us as my husband was waving to get her attention. She saw him but continued to fill drinks and bag food. Came to the window and gave us the total. My husband said we didn’t finish our order. She rolled her eyes and started to list off our order. Not an apology nor a what else can I get for you. So we left. Won’t be going back.

So I’ve ordered delivery here a couple times when I wasn’t able to drive….and everytime there is something horribly wrong with my order, beyond just half of it never showing up, the stuff that does get delivered are missing components of the actual item. Im pretty sure someone just hates me there at this point and makes it wrong.

I tried to order from this location but they have their app ordering turned off. I went in to the store and the store is covered with soda remnants and is incredibly sticky. The server behind the counter was rude and blew it all off. Won’t be going back.
