I ordered a triple Burger large with a four piece chicken tenders. 3 hours later I go to eat my meal everything is fine the tenders are completely missing and this Wendy’s completely missed my meal and overcharged me by $7 absolutely ridiculous will not be eating here again or any Wendy’s in the city. DO NOT RECOMMEND HOW DO YOU MISS SOMETHING LIKE THAT DO I REALLY NEED TO DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Drive-through attendant insisted that I back up halfway back in the drive-through line and pull back up for no reason. Gave me an attitude and the food order was wrong. The store manager needs to definitely go through some customer service skills with the employees. Lazy and attitude problems.

Unfortunately I have to change my review I went back and noticed a few disgusting things the top of the tables were cleaned somewhat but the floor was disgusting food and ants eating left over food I a dressed a worker to let them know and they did nothing as I recall the actual took there lunch break . Wow.. shows alot about the management. The fries tasted tall and the Jr bacon I got the patty was son The letterly the the thickness of two pieces of cheese. The atmosphere is still great this place literally needs Gordon ramsey….if you go there please don’t look at the floor we’re the they fry the food literally or you won’t eat there I’m only doing this review because I believe you all should know and Wendy’s Headquarters or management reach out to this franchise is fall poor quality this is only for informational purposes like I said atmosphere is great over all

Terrible experience. I went to this Wendy’s and was served completely cold food. When I asked for a refund or to have it remade, the staff refused and wouldn’t even give me my food back. The situation got so bad that I actually had to call the police just to get my refund. It was unbelievable and incredibly frustrating. I’ve never had to deal with something like that at a fast food place before. Management really needs to train their staff better on how to handle customer complaints.

Location closes at 2am but they stop interacting with drive thru at 1:30 after waiting for 15 minutes. Somebody needs to be fired. They’re inside their cooking food for the Saul is making them myself strength sitting on the counter

Mobile order 10 minutes in advance got there four cars ahead of me each one had to wait 5-10 minutes to place their order I go through now late for returning to work so no time to correct the missing and incorrect items in my order. $20 for a salad and a bowl of chili come on…

Absolutely terrible experience, sat in drive through line and didn’t move for over 20 minutes, called the place and a worker said something I couldn’t understand at all and just hung up. And fast food workers wonder why they make minimum wage. LOL

Worst drive-through experience ever. From the moment you’re trying to order food they’re disrespectful. Their first window is closed and tell you to go to the second window to pay. just to tell you to back up to the first window and wait until they wave you over to come get your food not to mention they always forget the sauces for the Nuggets

Terrible customer service. The employees are insanely rude and couldn’t get a simple order correct. I was standing away from the line to grab my pickup order, and had multiple employees rudely telling me where the line starts as if I was confused. Finally after waiting, my order was totally wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.
