I had a mixed experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. I ordered the New York Strip with a loaded baked potato and a salad, and those were the highlights of the meal. The steak was flavorful, the potato was excellent, and I’d give them a 7.3. I would definitely order the New York Strip again.
The person I was with ordered the steakburger and fries, and unfortunately that was a disappointment. The burger tasted like a frozen patty and wasn’t good at all — 2.2, would not recommend. The fries came out cold, though they were replaced.
Service was very decent overall. One small gripe: the iced tea needed way more ice — iced tea should always have extra ice.
Overall, I’d give the experience a 6.5. I’d come back for the steak, but I’d never order the cheeseburger again.

Went in at dinner time. There was a wait but not a long one. I chose to sit at the bar for immediate seating. The bartender was nice and was quick to attend to me. I had a dietary restriction, and she listened and accommodated. It was about 15 minutes for my food to come out. The fries were a little cold, but the filet was so tender and cooked perfectly.

This is the third time that I’ve done takeout from Longhorns and the first two times the experience was awful and it was because they can’t seem to make a steak properly considering that the packaging will continue to cook it. So this time I ordered chicken and a loaded baked potato and the brussel sprouts. Pictures of the ingredients that makes the loaded baked potato. And I’m never seen anything more pathetic and I absolutely mean pathetic in my life. They gave me a little 3 oz cup for the cheese bacon bits and green onions and as you’ll see in the picture below they couldn’t even fill it full and expects that the patheticness that they gave me is what makes up a loaded baked potato. I can honestly say that this is the very last time I will ever eat at Longhorns steakhouse. Dine in or carry out, neither one! This was the absolute last and final fail.

This was a pleasant experience. They sat us very quickly and our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Our group had several food allergies and they were able to accommodate those (Gluten and Dairy). There was only one thing that was unsatisfactory: the chicken I ordered was very salty!! Other than that, this was a good dining experience.

I don’t leave long reviews and don’t ever read them but you gotta read this lol. I left a great review for this place for years as we have been here probably 200 times and nobody ever remembers us, it’s pretty funny. The service is quick and the food is good but there have been a handful of times lately steaks are overcooked and they repeatedly bring out another overcooked steak, they also started throwing a lot of seasoning on stuff lately for some reason so I make sure I say light seasoning, wanna taste my steak not sodium.
They have raised the prices twice in the last year so probably done coming here.
So, as I was waiting on the 3rd steak to be fixed making this updated review I had to run over and give a lady the Heimlich choking on her undercooked steak. Paid full price even after all the mess ups and after the 3rd try they still brought out a leather steak. Since they kicked Dave out I don’t know what happened to this place but I’m done.

I had a fantastic experience at LongHorn! We were seated quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server, Skyler, was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
We ordered steak, and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Everything from the service to the food was spot on.

Food would of been good ,but came out on the cold side. The food is a reflection of the service that was lacking and this was because the waitress was always talking to her significant other with her baby. This would be a direct result of poor or no management. Doubt I come here again. This was during a busy lunch time.

Great experience the service was great they sat us quickly and the server was super great I had the Longhorn steak supper taste! I would definitely recommend just be aware the food is a little salty nothing crazy but on the salty side of things.
