Very good ice cream we very much enjoyed it. Got a twist in a cone and a smores in a cup both were tasty. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious.

Love the chocolate ice-cream cones here! They also have so many fun flavors of ice-cream to choose from! 100% recommend coming to check this place out. I just had a s’mores cone but I wasn’t a big fan of that flavor. My brothers enjoyed their cones, one had cheesecake and the other had key-lime. Both stated that those flavors were good. Parents were happy with theirs as well. Being vanilla and German chocolate. We love stopping here when in the area. Employees were all very friendly and served the ice-cones with a big smile! 🙂 The lines may be long… but it’s worth the wait!

Heard a bunch of hype about this place, but it’s not a place I’d come back to. Expect a long wait, and limited seating.

The soft serve is not really anything special (the blueberry was pretty good), the parking is atrocious, and the cheese curds weren’t cooked fully – they were all still cold in the middle. The fries were just okay and mostly soggy, and a small bag = large.

Also, weirdly, they also don’t have rainbow sprinkles but only peanut pieces mixed with rainbow sprinkles. I’ve never seen that at an ice cream shop.

The tables were covered in old ice cream that attracted lots of yellow jackets – also note, they only have 2 small picnic tables on the side. We asked someone inside for something to clean the sticky tables with or to clean it up, and they just handed us an old, nasty wet rag.

ice cream so good. they have so much favor. This spot is a local favorite, especially during the warmer months. Patrons often line up for their signature dipped cones, with rotating flavors like cheesecake and cake batter. Beyond ice cream, Conny’s offers classic fair-style eats such as chili dogs, cheese curds, and mac & cheese bites.

Conny’s also caters to canine companions with “pup cups,” with proceeds benefiting local nonprofits like Canine Inspired Change.

If you’re seeking a nostalgic ice cream experience with a community feel, Conny’s Creamy Cone is a must-visit in Saint Paul. Just be prepared for lines during peak times—but many agree it’s worth the wait.

Fast and friendly service. Many flavors of soft serve, and even the classic vanilla is good! They also offer a reasonably priced pup cup with proceeds benefiting a dog rescue organization.

My first visit here was really good. Second… we drove by and left because the line was so long. Third… mediocre. It took us over 25 min from getting in line to getting our ice cream. I think I’m over it at this point.

The good: tons of flavors, you seem to get a lot for the price you pay (I actually wish they had smaller options for things other than the regular cones), and the ice cream is very creamy and tasty.

The bad: the lines seem to always be long and slow. Customer service is mediocre at best. All items in your order typically won’t come out together (we got our cheese curds, then my boyfriend’s ice cream almost 5 min later and mine another minute or 2 after that). The ice cream is super soft because of the flavoring, so it melts incredibly quickly… which combined with the large portion sizes really just leads to a mess.

They’re obviously staying busy though, so it’s working for them!

Great place to stop by for an ice cream! Tons of soft serve choices which is my favorite and somewhat hard to find a dedicated place for it. I’ve had a couple varieties but honestly I’m a sucker for pistachio soft serve and this is one of the few places around that has it!

The staff is friendly and works through the line quick enough. It’s not really a place you can come and sit down to eat although there’s a couple picnic tables nearby that you can eat at if you want.

I haven’t tried anything but their ice cream yet, but based on their ice cream I’m sure it’s delicious! I’ll make sure to update my review if I ever do!

Stopped by recently. The ice cream was good, and the burger, but I found the service surprisingly unfriendly. After I declined to leave a tip on the card reader, the tone of the interaction shifted noticeably. The attendant, Naomi, became curt, placing napkins down rather than handing them to me, and dismissively pointing me toward a trash can when I offered a wrapper through the pickup window.

These aren’t huge gestures, but together they made the experience uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be conditional.
