One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. That’s me comparing it to other locations due to me traveling in the military. Very slow, poor drink quality and staff aren’t as friendly. The morning crew at this location is amazing but the afternoon/evening isn’t. Shouldn’t have taken this long for my sons order. Order at 6:34pm and did not receive it till 6:50pm.

Jimmy was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. We ordered hot matcha lattes, and they were delicious and clearly made with care and attention. He went above and beyond with his hospitality and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Employees like him make a real difference, and he truly deserves a promotion.

Came in via drive thru this morning. The service is always friendly however, my medicine ball drink was horrible. Everytime I order this drink from this location its so disappointing. And your parking lot looks neglected. I hate seeing trash near food establishments. The best medicine ball I have had was at the starbucks inside Target in Tucker.

I think this is one of my favorite Starbucks to sit inside of that is around here (it is the biggest inside), but this tends to be the slowest Starbucks in the area which kind of sucks. The drive thru is especially slow.

Very disappointed in the caffe especially in one caffe that I alway get, I hate when I get my caffe already shaken up, your not able to see if they actually add espresso, say the less I orders tasted it and it was milk no caffe had it redone and got this I can just make at home if they will remove the less than a 1$ of milk and yes that’s how I got it after it was redone, it ain’t cheap

Horrible experience. Waited 40 mins for my ice coffee. They called out every customer except mine. They lost my order. I had to go up to counter and ask where is my order. Also this location did want to participate in national coffee day just said they don’t know about it which was yesterday national holiday

This was my first time visiting today 8/23/25 . The line was wrapped around the building but we did not sit long at all the cashier was moving the drive thru line down . So i ordered my usual drink that i get at starbucks in a Venti size . When I got to the window it was made in a grande size . I told the cashier it was the wrong size and she kept her smile and quickly remade the drink without an attitude or anything . And also gave me a discount card for my next visit for getting my order wrong . Overall the visit was pleasant and a great atmosphere. You don’t find good customer service anymore or employees that are accountable for what they did wrong . && i really appreciate that and will be visiting this location again .
