This was my second visit to Texas Roadhouse
I went in yesterday for my birthday
Today I had a gift card for 60$ and I decided to use it
I ordered online and went to the to go window to pick up my order
I ordered two appetizers combos
And I ordered two orders of the pulled pork combo
And I did not receive any bread from any orders
I believe the guy that helped me was named John curly hair and glasses
My orders were completely janky the appetizers LOOKED TOTALLY DIFFERENT compared to when you go in
They said because I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP
That’s all they had???!
Customer service was below a zero
Tipping is optional and with the attitude and service I received from Texas road house staff why would I

Good place to eat if you hate good service. the front staff are incredibly rude and will treat you like cattle. Waiters are slightly better but want to rush you through your order. Steaks are the worst quality available to the market but I will say they know how to cook low quality meats and the value is good. Three stars because there are a few staff members with good customer service skill and those guys make up for all the other coworkers that suck.

Horrible experience and it’s not the first time. My drink order was wrong — I asked for a gin and tonic and received gin with club soda. When I asked for it to be remade, the manager who brought the drink seemed bothered, which was frustrating since I didn’t make the mistake.
I then had to remind them multiple times to bring my Caesar salad. Instead, I was given a chicken basket when I had ordered a ranger rib basket. I asked for the ribs medium well; they remade the order and what I received is shown in the photo. When I questioned it, the manager insisted it was medium well.
At this point, the repeated mistakes, dismissive attitude, and poor management made the experience unacceptable. I could be wrong — but I believe my one-star review is justified.

Just had the worst experience. Keep in mind actually used to love it. Waited over an hour to be seated which understood. Photo below is the actual table they sat me and my daughter’s at. DISGUSTING!!! That is before we sat. Food dirty tables just foul. We still tried to manage my young daughter’s love the bread. Server Emilio was excellent the only reason I didn’t walk out immediately but my chicken was cold plate dirty just and all around nasty experience. Never Again !!! Didn’t even waste time to complain paid for daughter’s food and left…

This place just sucks. I paid for shrimp that came out raw and a pulled pork Sandwhich that was chunks of nasty looking pork. The manager still had us wait to pay for the sides that we barely ate because we returned the food, we just left $8 and left because our appetites were thrown in the dump.

Today’s visit was on point. Only a 10 min wait. Waiter did good. Food was delicious. 6oz filet with 6 pack of grilled shrimp. Beat the rain!
