Food was good, server was great and was very accommodating. Not good for big groups but they were able to get us a table that my husband who is in a wheelchair could sit comfortably.

Stevo’s is a great local restaurant in the Burley area. Next time you’re hungry and looking for somewhere to stop, skip the chain restaurant and give Stevo’s a try. You won’t be disappointed. The food is good and filling. The service is attentive and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Their burgers and spuds (potatoes) with the works are delish.

We stopped by on the way back to Oregon hoping it was good based on the rating. Both of the burgers were extremely overcooked. My friend sent his back and I couldn’t even finish mine. The steak fries were seasoned nice but half over cooked, half under cooked. Basically in between steak fries and potato chips. The server never asked to refill beverages and they all seemed like they would rather be anywhere but here. Especially for the price, I’m sure theres a better place.
P.S.- The second burger came back and was better but cooked med well.

Stevo’s is one of those places that keeps showing up in local conversations for a simple reason: the food is super good. It’s an easy stop when rolling through Burley or when making that quick hop over toward Heyburn for something that actually fills the tank. There’s a comfortable, familiar vibe to it, like the kind of spot families have been using as a default for years. No big production, no trying to be something it isn’t, just solid food that tastes like somebody in the back still cares.

Let’s get the honest part out of the way. The building needs updating big time. It’s not exactly the kind of place that wins points for polish or curb appeal, and it looks like it’s been due for a refresh for a while. But once the order hits the table, that becomes background noise, because the kitchen is doing the real work here.

The highlight, hands down, is the Caesar burger. That burger has a way of turning a regular lunch run into a planned return visit. The flavor is the kind that sticks with you for the rest of the day in the best way. The Caesar twist makes it different without being weird. The romaine and Caesar dressing bring that tangy, creamy bite that cuts through the richness, and it all just clicks with the beef and cheese. It’s satisfying, messy in a good way, and feels like something that could only become a local favorite in a place where people actually eat burgers instead of just taking pictures of them.

Now the fries. Thin cut fries are already the right choice, and Stevo’s does them in a way that makes it hard not to keep picking at them even when the burger is halfway gone. The move is to ask for extra crispy. That’s the little local pro tip that makes a noticeable difference. Extra crispy gives them that snap and crunch on the outside while still staying tender enough to feel like real fries instead of brittle chips. If fries matter, and they do, that one request is worth it.

The overall experience feels like what a neighborhood spot should feel like around here. Casual, unpretentious, and geared toward feeding people well. It’s the kind of place where the menu isn’t trying to reinvent the wheel, it’s trying to make sure the wheel is cooked right and served hot. That matters. And when a burger like the Caesar burger is this dependable, and the thin cut fries come out extra crispy, the lack of a fancy dining room stops being important.

Bottom line, Stevo’s may not be the prettiest building on the block, but it absolutely earns its keep where it counts. The food is super good, the Caesar burger is worth ordering on purpose, and the thin cut fries are even better when extra crispy is part of the plan. A local staple for a reason.

Definitely worth the stop. Were traveling through, Stevo’s popped up on Google maps. Read about it and decided to stop. Busy parking lot 1:30pm on a Tuesday. Good sign. Seated immediately. Ordered super regular burger, half regular half steak fries (wanted to try both!) and a1/2 chaos salad. Excellent food from a very attentive and pleasant server, cooked and prepared just right. So glad we stopped. Amazing fresh fries, fresh beef and an incredibly good salad.

It’s always hard to rate this establishment. Ultimately they have great food. Do I think it is well over priced for a baked potato with meat and cheese yes. But There are different options worth a certain price. But they have over priced things way too high! Unfortunately their service is so bad I have to pick and choose whether I want to handle the attitude or rudeness over trying to enjoy my meal or wanting to even eat the rest all. It’s the little eye rolls or attitude when asked for extra things like napkins or extra dressing that ruins it for me. I understand it get tedious but I want to make it as easy as possible and unfortunately I might need extra napkins, silverware, or sauce. They also sit in the booths and talk which then I’m sitting waiting for my refill to the point I have to bring it to the counter myself. This isn’t just a one time experience this happens almost every time I go and unfortunately I’ve stopped going as frequently as I have and wanted to. Even though they have good food. I don’t like to be glared at or dismissed or judged especially if I’m trying to enjoy a meal out that I’m paying for. I do want to recognize at times they are better at not doing these things but it has become very rare.

Stevo’s restaurant is a great place to go with family and friends. We went on Saturday night, but we were there before the dinner rush so we didn’t have to wait. The server was knowledgeable about gluten when I asked and directed towards what did and didn’t have gluten. I got the charbroiled chicken salad and a side of steak fries. The food was good and everyone in my party enjoyed it.

Oh my gosh! Reviews were spot on. We stopped for lunch on the way to SLC and were Sat immediately. My husband got the BLT and I got the beyond burger and both were so good. The place was consistently busy and packed and service was still on point. Oh my gosh the hand cut fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. Beer came with an ice cold glass. So good! We will always remember this place whenever passing through!

I got the stevios burger and my wife got the cheeseburger. They were fine but not amazing like others make it seem to be.My bacon was pretty fatty. Steak fries were good, normal fries not too much. Staff are fantastic! Always checking in and making sure you have what you need. They were also quick to seat us which was great!
