My first impression of this Taco Bell location was good, that changed quickly. Staff weren’t but not exactly friendly. One forgot to give me a cup for my drink. After I was given my cup, I walked over to the drink dispensers. I was appalled when I saw multiple rotten strawberries, trash, and cup lids in the dispenser! I was not happy when I left.

The person at the drive-through window was extremely polite during my visit yesterday evening around 7:00 PM. This level of courtesy is not something we typically experience at a drive-through window, and I truly appreciated it. It made my visit very pleasant, and I left feeling genuinely happy with the service and courtesy.

6 years ago, I dined here and the floor was gross. It still is. Clean up and show some pride. Typical Taco Bell food . We visited at 1055 AM. The floor was extremely sticky. Ordered the number one Burrito Supreme and soft taco supreme. After me another couple ordered the box. For some reason the received their food before me and I still waited three more minutes. Staff was friendly.

They never get the order correct even when ordering on the app for pick up. Tonight they gave me the cheese, but no nachos. The taco had a little meat and a tiny amount of cheese. Basically it was all taco shell, so that became my chips. Advise to not go to this location. I will be calling the franchise owner.

Take an extreme amount of time to prepare food, in store and delivery. In store over 20 minute wait sometimes and for delivery it will take up to four hours. Once placed an order at 11pm for delivery and did not finishing preparing my food until past 1:30am. This has happened almost every time I have delivered (more than four) from this location. Would go somewhere else/ pick a different location.

The employees are friendly. Cannot say the same for management. The old lady manager with the reddish-brownish hair that works the window is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They sent me a delivery order AFTER closing and i show up 5 minutes after and she simply could’ve said that she can’t help because they’re closed (even tho the food was right there and they’re the ones that allowed an order to be sent thru late) but instead proceeds to berate me about how they’re closed as if I personally ordered this food (that treatment still would be inappropriate.) I have never received such terrible treatment while delivery driving. A simple “no” would’ve done the trick. No need to be rude and attacking. This location also takes insanely long to get food out and help customers and drivers.

This store was surprisingly awesome in every way. The bathroom and dining room were clean, the staff were polite and our food came out quickly and correctly with all of the proper modifications. Would definitely visit again.

Let me revise this review so that the merit of my statements can properly reflect how terrible the service of this place is. I’ve never had a problem with the team members serving me here, they’ve always been polite. However the management of this place is its greatest fault. Do not advertise your business as hiring when you can’t properly manage your given tasks- as the hiring manager. I don’t understand how you’re able to get to this position supposedly through working but once you get there you think it’s okay to fall off your tasks. I suppose that’s why you’re hiring more people, so it’s less work for your uninhibited self anyway? Also the older lady with the red hair is incredibly rude and struggles with maintaining her composure to uphold proper customer service. Overall your management is full of sluggish and sad-lived staff that feel the need to mistreat customers and most likely entry level employees as well, so they can feel better about this being the peak of their “career” at age 50+.

Horrible! They don’t pay attention to the customers and make you wait 30 to 40 minutes to receive your order. They only prioritize the drive-thru. Horrible service, the worst.
