I was served chicken wings that were visibly undercooked. The meat was red and soft inside. When I brought it up, the manager insisted they were fully cooked despite what was clearly visible. They did replace the order, but denying a food safety issue like this is concerning. I hope they take food safety more seriously.

I recently tried Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers and had an overall positive experience. While the food was just okay — my friend really enjoyed his build-your-own burger and onion rings — I found the best part of the menu to be the large selection of draft beers. The service was excellent, though, and the staff was on point throughout our visit. If you’re a beer lover, this place definitely has a lot to offer. Would still recommend, especially for the beer selection!

We stopped in here for a burger & fries while we watched the 4Nations NHL game. The atmosphere was alright, not too busy despite the game so we were seated pretty quickly. Looking at the menu the beer selection is pretty decent but the food menu was very overpriced just off first glance.
We ordered 3 different burgers:
The Hangover :W/ “house chips” (very blah), burger asked for medium, was undercooked a bit but not terribly. Little dry. (4/10)
The All American: W/Fries (most undercooked/soft). Asked for medium well cook on burger (was correct). Kitchen forgot the lettuce & pickles on burger. (5/10)
Swiss Mushroom Burger: Asked for a medium burger, the inside was COMPLETELY raw & inedible & the mushroom was DISGUSTING & super greasy (Sent back & I opted NOT to have anything remade). Upgraded fries to garlic Parmesan. The fries were extremely greasy, over powered with garlic & just had Parmesan sprinkled in the center top and looked microwaved cause it was stuck together. I left those fries on the table & I NEVER dont eat fries. (0/10)
The Fried Pickles appetizer we ordered was the only decent thing but they were still mediocre. Just fried well. (6/10)
Our waitress took very long to come to our table each time. Forgot when asked for refills and couldn’t be found visually on the floor often. There was a point where I ordered a beer, went to use the bathroom, then took a selfie, came back to the table and my beer still hadn’t come. I went to the bar & waited abt another 3 minutes not being acknowledged and went back to my table and still didn’t have the beer so I had it canceled when I did see her.
Overall I would never go back there for food & definitely not recommend it.

It was late and pretty close to the end of their shift but they still served us dinner. It was also my son’s birthday and the restaurant team made it super special. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

The buffalo chicken dip was phenomenal and that was really the only notable dish we ordered. I ordered a mushroom Swiss and my husband ordered the Lucy-fer. Our kids got chicken tenders with fries. I thought the mushrooms on my burger were really well seasoned, but I kind of wished it came with a sauce. It’s a 1/2 pound, single patty sandwich so it’s pretty thick, but wasn’t unbearable to eat. My side salad was rotten, however, so I had it sent back and I’m grateful it was taken off our tab. My husband’s burger had no flavor at all. We have since been told that he should not have ordered a juicy Lucy burger because it’s just a gimmick, and we understand now. To say he was disappointed with his burger is an understatement. The kids tenders were good and the fries and tots were all crispy and well seasoned. Don’t remember the waitress’ name but we had to wait a good while for refills and ultimately the bill. There are just other places to get cold beer and good food. The beer was cold, but the food was pretty average, especially for a place named for the thing we ordered.

This location actually cooked my burger correctly. So avoid Verrado and come to this location. Service was good here as well and the atmosphere was a little loud but you could still talk to someone across from you. The Mac and cheese is mild and cooked past El Dante and mostly cream.

Good atmosphere. Food is mediocre. The quality does not match the price. I’ve had better Philly cheese steaks at smaller restaurants for better price. Tots were good though. Service was bad. Our waitress wasn’t really attentive or friendly and would ask us questions while walking away…weird. Overall it was ok, but over hyped.

While we didn’t have the best experience with our server, Seth, the general manager, took the time to listen and truly understood our concern. He went above and beyond to make things right, which we really appreciated. We are grateful for Seth and his excellent management and customer care.

Absolutely love coming here. The cocktails are always great. The staff are welcoming and full or personality The cherry squirt is my favorite cocktail. We tried the fried pickles and mozzarella sticks and the kids devoured them. The sweet potatoes tots and chipotle ranch are a great combination as well ! The ring of fire burger has a great kick and not overwhelming. The kids love the chicken tender grilled cheese and fries options. They know how to cook burgers to the right temp ! Great spot for family and adult night out ! The outdoor patio is also pet friendly for those who can’t leave home without the fur babies.
