Apart from the horrible construction of my burger that I did receive. I’m finally complaining about this location. I order from here atleast once a week and it’s usually the same thing. There’s a bogo for double cheeseburger buy 1 get 1 for $1.00. So I always order those with some nuggets and fries. It is going on my 4th order in a row where they are not giving me all my items. Today was a burger, last week was a burger and prior to that was 2 burgers and 3 bbq sauces. I forgot to check my bag that day and returned to let them know they forgot to give me 2 burgers and 3 sauces. They looked at me as if I was lying and told me no one left a note for them regarding missing burgers and I must return in the morning and speak with the manager. So I had to buy 2 more burgers (at full price) and pay for 3 bbq sauces. No matter what time I order from here, I’m sent from the drive thru to a parking spot in the front (which is usually occupied) then 10-15 mins later they’ll bring my food which I have to check and realize there’s something missing. Now I go inside and let them know I’m missing an item or 2 and they just grab it from behind the counter as if someone is deliberately not placing all items in the bag. If I can go to another restaurant I would but time is money and I don’t have it to waste. Unfortunately the staff here does not feel the same way and are constantly wasting people’s time.

Great service by staff ordering at the counter. She helped me check the available happy meal toy and made sure the right one went into meal. Well worth the wait. I ordered fries with no salt and it was delicious. Very fresh. I was the last order they took in house for the night and I appreciated the staff’s attention to details.

The people that work here are completely unprofessional. I’ve gone in multiple times and had various issues including being charged for large meals when I clearly say Medium. But today was the worse. After finding hair in my food I was treated as if I was trying to steal by asking for a refund. Keep in mind i ordered food for coworkers. I didn’t ask for a refund on the entire order, just my meal. Yet the crew member gave me attitude and started talking shit in Spanish.

1/27/26 10am. drive thru lady is rude and lazy. Wouldn’t hand me my food thru the drive. Said I had to come inside because I did counter pick up. Drive thru was empty. The food was right there. Zero stars

Ordering through Drive Thru is pretty pointless because they’ll just tell you to park in the front of the restaurant while you wait 10 minutes to get your food delivered to you. Regardless if the drive thru is busy or you’re the only one in line, you will be sent to park in the front. My most recent visit, me and 4 other cars in line got sent to the front and the staff brought everyone’s food out at the same time.

Not respetcul stuff anymore . I order mobil order big mac , mc chicken coke and forgot the ranch souse . I asked at store . Can i have 2 ranche? And i know u have to pay for it . They throwed 1 ranch souse to me and saying u have to pay for additional one. I did say i’ll pay it . Anyways now i couldn get any ranch . Then i opened my food and see i ordered mc chicken and look what they put on bag. We do mobil order for save time . At least 25min i waited for it . And now i dont have ranch souse and i have wrong order. #1672 is order number. I can wait for my food more time if stuff is busy. But they not respectfull. If u guys dont like your job u can quit. Why u give bad experience to the customer. No any thanks for Daphne!

I went in to get a coffee and I asked her nicely if to change something on my order and she said “no I can’t” and then proceeded to change it and I just said just cancel the order because it’s not fair she is saying she can’t change it when she was doing it in my face apart from all of this she was giving me so much attitude when I was speaking nicely to her

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today during the Monopoly promotion. I redeemed three winning coupons at the self-order kiosk (McFlurry, fries, and a shake). The kiosk accepted all coupons and the order went through, but when I went to pick up my food, the manager Jose only gave me the McFlurry and refused to provide the fries and shake.

Jose claimed that a customer can only redeem one Monopoly coupon “in their lifetime.” This is completely false – the promotion terms allow multiple redemptions (one every 15 minutes). When I asked him to at least return my coupons if they were refusing to honor them, Jose said:
“Your coupons are free, why should I give them back to you?”

He was extremely rude, dismissive, and refused to help or escalate the issue. This is not the standard of customer service I expect from McDonald’s, especially from a manager.
I hope the corporate team retrains this location on promotion policies and customer service. I redeemed the coupons legitimately, followed all the rules, and was treated disrespectfully. Very disappointing.

I ordered food on my McDonalds Mobile App and selected “drive-thru” as pickup and when I gave them the Code which had two alphabet and two number, they told me that it was not the right code for them and demand that I cancel my order on my App, so I asked how to cancel since I didn’t know how to do it on my app. Then she told me to call them, so I said what’s the number and she told me to google for the McDonald’s app customers service and have them cancel my order. They are so rude! why should I have to do that, it’s not my problem if their machine’s not working right. They tried to tell me that it was my fault for not choosing the right pickup selection and that I should not pick “drive-thru” but to come in or do curbside pickup only. The lady at the drive through window was very rude and the manager/supervisor was very rude. Then at the end they tell me sometimes “drive-thru” doesn’t work on the App. I tried to save time by going drive-thru but ended up wasting my time since I had to park and stay in line and place another order at the door. I have never had this problem before!
