I ordered a create your own and got a croissant with salami. I received 1 piece of salami, other McAlister’s always gave me 3-6 pieces I was shocked. My daughter’s French dip was lacking on meat as well, very disappointed.

I’ve been to McAlister’s Deli plenty of times, but I’ve never seen anyone as impressive as Sophia. She is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and talented cook I’ve ever met, and that’s not an exaggeration. The way she handles herself in the kitchen, you can tell she’s built different. She doesn’t just make food; she creates an experience.
Everything Sophia touches turns into perfection. The sandwiches are built like artwork, the soups are always spot on, and every plate that leaves her station looks like something out of a commercial. She moves with confidence, knows every recipe like the back of her hand, and keeps everything clean, calm, and efficient even when the place is slammed. That’s rare these days, real professionalism mixed with pure passion.
What I love most, though, is her energy. Sophia brings warmth and positivity to the entire deli. She treats every customer with respect, every coworker with patience, and every task with pride. She makes McAlister’s feel like more than just a restaurant, it feels like a place where people care.
Let’s be honest, Sophia deserves a raise. If management doesn’t give her one soon, she should honestly just go run her own restaurant, because she has everything it takes. I’d follow her wherever she goes. The girl’s got leadership, skill, and the kind of work ethic that inspires everyone around her. this place is the place that you want to be all times of the day the food here is magnificent. I want to just do a backflip every time I have it is so good. The baked potato is cooked to perfection compared to the delightful strawberries right on top of the creamy mac & cheese. It is delicious, the kids pizza you probably wouldn’t think it would be that good but man oh man, I wish I could have this personally served to me every day at my house. The workers here are so nice. I can’t even begin to say anything about it cause I have too many words to say. i’ve been to a few McAllister‘s in my life, but this location has really put the cherry on top of everything in McAllister‘s itself on Cox Ln., Westchester, OH I would say everyone who works here deserves a raise and maybe more.

I always get the BLT+A. Delicious! Always loaded with crispy bacon. I get extra pickles, since theirs are so freaking good! The chips are very good too. Ms. Vickies brand- super crunchy and the perfect side to my sandwich! Their sweet tea is delicious and always tastes fresh. The staff was so sweet! Cleared our table quickly, answered any questions very kindly, and was quick with our food!

This was the store in West Chester near the UC Hospital. We stopped in for lunch and ordered the French Dip that came with a side of potato salad ($12.19) and the Turkey Ranch BLT that came with a bag of chips ($10.69). A soft drink was $3.79 so with tax our bill came to $28.40 without adding a tip. Both sandwiches had generous portions but the Turkey came on soft bread which simply fell apart while trying to eat it. The French Dip was on a more substantial roll and was easier to eat. The potato salad was OK but nothing special. All in all we felt the prices were a little higher than one would pay in a fast food restaurant but the atmosphere was more upscale than most fast food places. You order your food at the counter, pay for it and then find a table. You food is delivered to your table in under 5 minutes. They have a good selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and stuffed baked potatoes. No alcohol. Free parking in the outdoor parking lot.

My spud was topped with chili cheese and sour cream. Both were extremely delicious!

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Carly, the store manager, for turning a really negative experience into something genuinely positive. After my first visit, I was honestly frustrated and had no intention of coming back. But Carly personally reached out to me and invited me to return, and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, she made me feel heard and respected. She didn’t make excuses but instead, she took full ownership and went out of her way to make sure I had a completely different experience. She personally made sure my food was fresh, the service was on point, and that I felt welcomed.
It really meant a lot that she took the time to care, and it showed me that she truly values her customers and takes pride in her store. That kind of leadership is rare these days. Carly turned a one-star experience into a five-star one, and I truly appreciate her for it.

I worked at this location a long time ago and had gotten their food a lot before I worked there. I had no problems with the food I had gotten. Until tonight. My stepdad ordered mcalister’s from this location because I said I wanted it. So he ordered it. When he brought it home i got a BLTA, with no avocado and no spring mix. When I went to look at my sandwich the bacon was chard to a crisp. Black beyond all reasons. There was no need for that. My mom had to make me new pieces of bacon because of how burnt it was. I’m never ordering from this location ever again. I have never had problems with the bacon the BLT’s before until tonight.

I went to the McAlister’s Deli on Cox Road today for lunch. I was with my wife and two younger children. The food was good. We all liked the food we ordered and the environment is casual and comfortable. The service was a little slow but friendly as always.
