Let’s me start off by saying the food was amazing!!! The Buffalo wings and fries were a home run! My only gripe was that the two young adults working as greeters were more interested in the conversation they were having at stood of getting me and my wife to a table. Greeters just need to be more professional! Overall every other aspect of my dining experience was amazing

Very bad experience, I had to wait 40 min for a SALAD! When it finally came out the chicken was breaded and I asked for grilled, then it took another several minutes to brought it back, then no dressing and for the best part, the “grilled chicken” was the hardest, dryest chicken in the whole galaxy, like if the chicken was leftover from the day before left it at the counter. After all this sadness we asked the salad to be taken out of the bill, at least they did that (because we asked) The breadstick was good, the only edible food at my plate.
The spinach artichoke dip was a joke like if we were playing kitchen.
Very sad experience overall.

My bartender Pricilla was spectacular! She is interested in keeping conversation but always gets your drink and food quick! She is very welcoming and sweet. She served me an ultra and it was cold and perfectly foamy. 20/10 service!

Went for dinner after a long day at work. Thought it would be a great idea to dine out with my daughter. Ordered some buffalo wings, chicken Alfredo and an 8 oz well done steak. Wings came first, they were cold, looked super old and they were super hard to bite into. Their chicken on the Alfredo was really dry and the steak came in medium rare. I felt like complaining but my daughter didn’t want me to say anything because maybe they were having a hard day. When you pay $60 for a meal for two I expected great quality in the food, at least to be fresh and hot and food to be served as ordered-well done. I expect someone (manager) making sure the kitchen is running tip top shape, waitress to know customer service must be her to priority. If you don’t like to do customer service then consider a job change. I won’t be going back anytime soon….

Ordered take out, and was told by the app that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there for pickup about 10 minutes after the advised time, and no one came out to bring the order. I walked inside and let them know I was waiting for an order, and was told that it would be right out. The order was clearly not ready. It took a long time to be brought out (felt like it was made when I arrived). One of the items was bone in wings, and as you can see in the picture, they were poorly cooked.

This location seems to get the requested temp of steak incorrect. Ordered medium rare, received almost raw barely even rare. It’s still good just not as good as other locations.

The worst experience tonight, for my daughters birthday. The server was new so on only partially blame her. She couldn’t properly answer questions about the food, so food was ordered wrong. I wasn’t sure how she confused the question until the manager did also and I realized its a training issue. We come home with 3 full entries because I wasn’t sure it was safe to eat anymore. Took 30 minutes to get a Pepsi. She asked if we needed anything, we asked for refills, and 30 minutes later she came back and asked if we needed anything and we asked fir drinks and refills again. I wont be returning because this isn’t the first time service was this bad.

I have mixed thoughts about this location. The food was better than other Applebee’s. Which for me is just a more comfortable fast food experience. The service was almost non existent. The prices are cheap. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking.

This is not the Applebees I remember. I used to eat here almost every Friday but noticed the service and food started going downhill so I haven’t eaten here in several months. I figured I’d try it again since I had a desire for their rib basket. Wellll let me say I called I. For pickup, upon arrival I had to hunt down an employee to get my meal. She came back and said there was no order. I insisted so finally my order appeared. After getting home I discovered the ribs were burnt and very dry but the fries were ok. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
