This such a hidden gem. Went on a Sunday night. DJ was amazing. Nice Reggae-Dancehall- Hip- Hop vibes. Trust me this guy is nice. Music was on point.Food was top notch. Hats off to the chef that night. Oxtail tacos sell offffff. Lemon pepper wings were perfectly fried. I had to place two more orders for my family to try the oxtail. Service was great. Going back for sure. If you want a nice low key Saturday or Sunday vibes with good food. Check out Empire. As far as I know it’s still African guys who own it. Support your people. Only thing.. can turn down the music a little so people can engage in their conversation. The shouting thing is not it. I’ll will definitely go back.

This past Saturday night, I went to Empire lounge. I was excited to try this place out. I was recommended by a friend to go here. I paid $10 for entry which wasn’t a problem. Went to the bar to order drinks with who I was with and stood there for 20 minutes trying to get the bartenders attention. I even went to the other side to attempt to try and get her attention. The bar also isn’t that big and the one side of the bar are for the bottles girls/ bar backs. The place is pretty small. After the bartender ignoring me and my company to attempt to get drinks…we left. I’m not sure I want to drive that far out from Atlanta again to try another attempt.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday party last night. It was about 15 of us. Carley was our server. She was attentive and handled our section well all by herself.. The drinks were weak to me (out of her control) but the food was good. Nice Vibe! I would visit again!

Been coming here for madd years. When owners aren’t busy running the club they show love and my good friends dem Omar, Kiyah, and Destiny always make sure I’m never in need as service is prompt, friendly, and courteous. I couldn’t name just one, they make me feel loved . I thoroughly enjoy coming here alone, because I’m safe, full, and shown love ❤️ I’m grateful for this black owned business.

I had a wonderful time at this lounge. The ambiance is welcoming and with soft lighting and comfortable seating that’s perfect for catching up with friends. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was just right . The drinks menu offers a good selection of choices. Food was fresh and flavorful, with nicely presented plates. Overall, a great spot for a casual hangout.

I was out on a date with my husband we haven’t been out in a while so we decided to go have a few shots we got 2 double shots of titos… tell me why it was 48 damn dollars !!!! It ruined my whole night. I could’ve got 2 bottles plus for that amount need to put your prices on the dri k menu because I’m extremely disappointed this wasn’t it. Like I said we ordered 2 double shots! The price for your liquor should be on the menu because that was completely unexpected. I spent 62 total for coming for just 2 double shots… the bartender was super nice on the plus the side tho.

Outing with the girls for karaoke. At first glance the place and area were sketchy. I had quesadillas which were really good. My margarita was strong but just ok. I like flavor in lieu of alcohol. Our server was fantastic. A few people participated in karaoke which was cute. DJLeo was great with the old school music. My only two pet peeve was the 18% gratuity added to the check with a recommendation to add more. I will probably go back though.

At the suggestion of a couple locals, we decided on this spot to pre-game for happy hour. $15 hookah and we’ll drink specials. We were immediately greeted by Nicky and Kia who were extremely welcoming and friendly. The bar was starting to pick up when we arrived so we were pleasantly showered with attention and great conversation.
Honestly, if we didn’t commit to other plans, I wouldn’t have minded staying here for the evening. My margarita was so good and the hookah was great. I look forward to returning next time I visit the area.
