Services here so poor and them employees always bring them others with missing items,like what the hell can you guys more focus on your guys jobs and don’t talk a lot at the back kitchen side.also them tables they don’t keep up cleaning them.if you don’t like to experience things like this.avoid coming to Issaquah WA McDonald.

Traveling East on I-90 and needed a quick bite to eat so went here, ordered from their parking lot, got in line, got my order, on my way. I did stop to eat but you cannot access the parking lot from the drive-thru exit which would have been helpful. All good though and would stop here again. Very fast service which was very much appreciated!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience with the customer service I received. My family and I have always enjoyed this place, but unfortunately, today was a letdown. I ordered a hot chocolate with my breakfast but was given a coffee that tasted like a caramel macchiato instead. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member at the counter, she insisted that I didn’t know how hot chocolate is supposed to taste, even pouring some into a cup to show me. Eventually, she agreed to replace my order, but her attitude was less than friendly.

When I returned to my table and tried the new drink, I was disappointed to find that it still tasted like coffee—specifically, a macchiato. Upon mentioning this again, the same staff member remarked, “You wanted a macchiato.” This was exactly why I had requested a different drink in the first place, as it didn’t taste like hot chocolate at all. The whole exchange felt uncomfortable, especially with other customers observing. At one point, another lady spoke loudly, seemingly suggesting that I was at fault.

Later on, the woman making my order, who was wearing a headset, handed me my hot chocolate and said condescendingly, “This is the last time we’re changing your order!” It felt as if I was being blamed for the misunderstanding. This time, they had my order right! It is really hot chocolate this time. I believe that customer service teams should handle such situations with more professionalism and empathy. Providing training on proper customer interactions could be very beneficial for them. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback!

Used to be my go to spot with my kids in the morning on the regular. Was so much fun for us. They just moved the play place open time from 7 am to 9 am. Guess we won’t be coming anymore unfortunately.

The staff seemed completely unfamiliar with their own ordering system. I had already picked up my burger and was in the middle of eating it when a staff member asked me to show my receipt, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Would you really prepare and serve food if it hadn’t been paid for?

Feb 2 update – Once again, nobody behind me in the drive thru but I had to pull forward and wait. And it was cold! Come on guys

Ordered a cheeseburger and they had me pull into the waiting spot. No cars in the drive through behind me. Gotta make those wait times falsely short!

They also pre make their ice creams and throw them in the freezer so the texture is terrible.

McDonalds is known for consistency and this location has no desire to follow that reputation.

I stop by periodically for breakfast at this location, it’s one of the “fancier” eastside locations complete with outdoor fountain, indoor play place, and gas fireplace in the dining room. Prices are a little lower than the Renton location, never had messed up order here. This location is also “greener”, meaning less plastic waste, paper drink cups, degradable plastic straws, and drink lids. There’s recycling bins for different types of waste instead of just trash bins. The employees seem happier working here than some other locations.

I went to the McDonald’s on Gilman Boulevard. I was trying to place an order through the drive-thru, and the crew member helping me could not understand the number I was giving him. After trying a couple of times, I offered to speak Spanish because he was clearly not understanding what I was telling him. From there, the situation went downhill.

The crew member said that I was supposed to tell him what I wanted to order using the rewards code, which was not true, as I have never had to do that before. He began yelling at me, and it only got worse when I reached the first window to pay. He refused to take my card and continued yelling, even after I asked him to please not speak to me that way in front of my child.

He was extremely rude and confrontational. My 11-year-old daughter became scared and started to cry. When I reached the second window, I asked for the manager’s number because he did not even give me a receipt so I could make a formal complaint. His behavior was completely unacceptable.

Took 30 minutes to get our order just for most of it to be wrong or missing. By the time we got our food the fries and chick McNuggets were cold, the McFlurrys were melted, and the slushi had become a soda. We then got our order and asked for spoons and were told they were in the bag. Just to find they weren’t there. We then ask again and we’re given attitude by staff. As we left we could hear said staff member complaining about us asking for spoons and help. When we finally were in the car and checked our order sauces we paid extra were missing as well as substitutions being wrong. I understand this is fast food but there was nothing fast about it and staff were flat out rude.

Since when are mcflurrys just vanilla ice cream in a cup with oreo sprinkled on top. Not even an attempt to mix it up. I’m old enough to remember when a mcflurry would come with a generous amount of toppings blended into it. Oh how far they’ve fallen. Is this their attempt at combating the problem of the infamously always broken mcflurry machine? You just dont even attempt to blend it anymore? How bout you change the name to “ice cream in a cup” so people don’t assume you’re going to serve them a blended frozen dessert the same way you’ve been advertising and serving for the last 30 years.

A disappointing amount of oreo too, I might add. I even paid for extra oreo and let me tell you, I shudder to think what the standard amount would be considering what I received.
