I had to raise a concern after waiting over an hour for our food to arrive. The restaurant was not busy, yet the service was unacceptably slow. Waiting 90 minutes for eggs Benedict and over 30 minutes for a mimosa is difficult to justify. If the volume of service cannot be supported by the current team, it would be more operationally sound to increase staffing in both the kitchen and bar.
Once the food finally reached the table, the quality was good. In particular, we enjoyed the croque monsieur, French toast, and the eggs Benedict with pulled pork. That said, strong food does not offset weak execution.
At one point, the delays felt intentional, likely tied to the all-you-can-eat offering, as prolonged service limits how much guests are able to order. If that is the case, it undermines trust and the overall guest experience. If this model cannot be supported without compromising service, it should be reconsidered.
Overall, the concept and menu are promising, but service speed and staffing levels need to be realigned with the expectations being set.

The atmosphere and brunch vibe were great, and I enjoyed the DJ and the restaurant’s decor. However, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. The steaks arrived cold, and to make matters worse, we ordered medium and it was overcooked. When we asked for it to be microwaved, they did something to it that made it even worse. It took over 45 minutes after we ordered our appetizer to get our food for a party of two. Overall, I probably would come back to this restaurant, but only if they improve their service and food quality.

The atmosphere of the coffee was great. Nice place to be in SD. However, the service deserves a zero. Since we got in they treated us different. We waited more than 40 minutes for a drink, and when I asked the waitress for it she answered with attitude. Mind you everyone around us was served even people who got there later than us.

This restaurant is truly a gem! The place is beautifully designed, with an amazing vibe that instantly makes you feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. It’s a perfect spot for a great meal and an enjoyable evening. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been here many times, I have never been disappointed. I can cook a steak at home, but I cannot cook the steak that Alegra makes for me. The Pichana is juicy, flavourful and is served with a delicious buttery cepa de apio (mashed celery root) which pairs beautifully with it. The goat cheese salad is the perfect balance of savoury rich cheese, sweetness, crunch, and freshness. Service is also great. It can get busy on the weekends.

Automatically on my favorite list after that first Visit! Absolutely have nothing I can complain about this restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect. Located in the heart of the city (for me). This restaurant is located near all the best malls, hotels, and services.
They have indoor and outdoor seating, behind the Acrópolis Mall. Valet services also available.

Loved the location and most of the food choices. The vibe and decor too. BUT: the service was awful! No politeness, kept forgetting to bring the drinks, didn’t even offered to serve the beer on the glass, just dropped it in the table and left. There were no napkins on the table, and when we requested to start eating they brought, literally 1 unit! We were a couple dining! Had to ask again! Also the napkin they brought was a paper napkin, I observed cloth napkins every other table. We had to keep attention to wave to the waiters in order to order stuff. Coincidence? Don’t know, won’t return. Most parties looked like out of the office gatherings. Food was good, but not remarkable. Favorite the short ribs taquitos, and the seafood chicharrón (with a little more sauce to dip in!)

Just wanted to try this restaruant recomended by a friend. The menue is very similar to most of the upscale restaurants here in Pianti. Service was good and my son enjoyed the Chicken Sandwich.
