This was the worst experience at a sonic and this was my first time at this location. Long story short, I ordered online, about 30 minutes later, the young lady comes out yelling my name incorrectly. She was confused on the order she was trying to give me. Before this, I saw customers leaving angrily. She gave me a chili cheese dog and drink that was someone else’s. Forgot my water. The drink had what it looks like to be Styrofoam in it. The chili cheese dog looks horrible. When I asked for my correct drink, she came out with an attitude, holding my drink sideways while taking someone else’s order. The place is ran by children. I just moved on this side of town but I will not be going back to that location.

I went to this fast food place last weekend and it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and the line moved pretty quick, which I appreciated. I tried their chicken sandwich combo and fries, and it was pretty tasty, nothing fancy but hit the spot. The restaurant itself was clean enough, tables wiped down and not too crowded. Prices were reasonable too, which is always a plus. I’d probably come back if I’m in the area again, mostly for a quick bite when I don’t feel like cooking.

Milkshakes wasnt that great tasted like ice cream and barely had any oreos in it.. the oreos was chunks just in the top of the milkshake instead of crumbled up throughout the milkshake.. didn’t get a straw. got a order of cheese sticks and had to call back in to get dipping sauce and they then told us they were out of the dipping sauce but they could give us ranch or something other kind of dipping sauce . They should have told us that when we ordered the cheese sticks in my opinion

This is the WORST Sonic in mobile!!! live right down the street from this restaurant and I love their strawberry limeade. I always order using the mobile app and leave atleast a couple dollars tip every visit. it does not matter if I get 20 menu items or just a drink they ALWAYS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 30 Minutes to bring me my order. I always leave frustrated and swear to never return. There’s never an apology an explanation or a discount. I left without my drink and mozzarella sticks and I left a $3 tip. Tried calling the restaurant a few hours later no one answered. If I were the owner of this franchise I would highly reconsider who I am allowing to run my restaurant. It has business bc of its location but the revenue it could be generating if it had the right management would be astronomical in differences

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I have no idea how it is still open. The shake machine is always broken. Orders often incorrect or poorly made. Hard to hear through glitchy kiosk- if it is working. Sorry I have been there more than once.

Order my food it came out within 6 mins but my fries were fried too hard they were literally stuck together. The young lady was nice on the speaker and she said hi and thank you have a nice day but my corn dog was hot and fresh But my fires were hard I ate 5 of them and trashed the rest. It felt like they were dropped back in the grease or something. But I will not visit this particular one again because of the quality of my food.

This is the WORST ran Sonics in all of Mobile Alabama. Everytime I come here its always the longest wait ever. Do not expect to get your food in a timely manner if you are on your lunch break. We waited for 45 minutes and had to get back to work and was met with cold food and wrong drink

did an online order for 2 burgers and 2 slushies immediately checked in waited 20 minutes and had to call the store to get someone’s attention and come to our car. then brought melted slushies and cold burgers. took them back and they put them in the microwave and gave it back to us thinking we wouldn’t know. they were still cold. asked for a refund and didn’t get it but then finally said they would remake it. didn’t end up leaving until we had been there for an hour. don’t come here…
