I’m done with this location- over the past 6 months they have got my order wrong several times specially forgetting items. It’s completely inconvenient having to check the bag and go back to ensure the order is correct. Do better. I’d like to see if management or the owner will reply to this and do right by me.

I know im hard on McDonald’s, but this location had it going on! Polite , someone at the register , polite and courteous staff , the manager even picked up several people’s trey and trash and took it to the garbage, myself included! Top notch staff makes for top notch service!! Good job everyone!

I ordered 3 cookies that were old and cold. When I asked the young man at the window about getting fresh cookies he said he didn’t know. I then waited an additional 6 minutes for fresh cookies.

I normally don’t eat fast food. But when I do stop it’s normally for the drinks. Anywho, I stopped today to grab a coffee and a chicken sandwich before work. Soon as I pulled up at work, I opened my sandwich there was a bug in/on it. I called to speak to a manager. Alicia or Aleesha. She asked for my information and stated she would speak with the cooks. I refused a replacement sandwich. I just wanted to inform them that there was a bug in my meal. 1.99 wasted, in the trash. This is ONE of the very reasons why I stopped eating fast food. Never again. Good luck to those who do!

so my husband goes and spends our last few dollars on dinner at this particular McDonald’s and he gets back the order was so messed up they put mayonnaise on a sandwich that should of been ketchup mustard cheese only it was cheese and a glob of mayo we don’t eat mayonnaise then his sandwich chicken sandwich wasn’t even there he only got a small fry. they won’t answer the phone so I can let them know just ridiculous and very disappointing. no dinner 4 us .geeze.
