This place was hustling with activity when we went on a Sunday morning, still, they were talking care of every customer with personal attention and timely service. The coffee was great and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The Cinnamon roll was absolute best and the omelettes are a huge portion! Or waitress Raina was so attentive and even provided a sample of the coffee powder when I mentioned I liked the coffee. We don’t live closeby but would plan to be back whenever we travel to Brighton!

I was impressed with the service! Everyone was rly nice food came fast and our waitress was one step ahead of us. I loved the cute decor style of the restaurant with home vibes and a clean style.
Food portions were rly generous tho i noticed they dont cook with salt but you can certainly fix that.
I ordered veggie Benedict’s and they were rly good with the Hollandaise sauce.
My son’s breakfast was a good combo of scrambled egg, bacon, a pancake and a juice for only $9.
My husband couldn’t finish his omelette as well he liked his breakfast. We both got a lot of hash browns in our plates.
We would come back for sure if we are in the area again!

Our family eats here frequently. You may have a short wait and it is worth it. Clean, quick, hot, fresh and friendly. I just don’t understand some of the reviews on here, we have never had a negative experience at Cheryl’s.

Waitress was great and checked in probably 4 times in the 30 months we were there. Food tasted really good (breakfast) and came out quickly. It was a little loud, lots of people here on sat about 1130am. Definitely coming back. Super good food and service

100 golden stars! They say this place is the best for a reason! My food was out in 4 minutes! It was super super delicious! They have the best kind of white bread for toast and their eggs are really tasty! I was shocked at the portion of bacon it was alot, more than in the picture cause I chowed on some of that immediately! It was super good and cooked to perfection biscuits and gravy were amazing and I still can’t stop thinking about that potato soup! I’ll be coming back forever now I can’t believe it took me so long to give it a try! Highly recommend for the whole family!

This is one of the best places I’ve eaten. Ever. Cheryl is a very nice woman, & she treats everyone like family, which makes the place even better. My favorite thing(s) to get are French Toast with a side of Fries, & sometimes a Cinnamon Roll. (Which are huge, by the way.) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat at a Restaurant that treats you well, & makes some of the best Fries you probably could want.

I do not live in Brighton, but when I came in town, this was on my list of places to check out. I love Breakfast foods and this did not disappoint. Extremely filling, tasty, at a good price. The service was extremely friendly and attentive (for a rainy, lunch day, it was slow in there, but amazing service regardless). I would absolutely come back here again. I do wish they had the diced potatoes as an option, but everything was wonderful. I can see why this is an award winning breakfast place.

The building is adorable, and our waitress, Clair, was fabulous. The restaurant is spotless, with all the tables bused. Since their ratings were so high, we decided to try it in the middle of a snowstorm. We ordered breakfast, and the Irish omelet was a long way from being desirable. It appears they use shaved corned beef that is so fine you can barely find or taste it. When the diced green peppers are larger than the pieces of corned beef, there is a problem.
Another deal breaker for us is when you are served hard toast because it isn’t fully buttered. The butter was only in the middle of the toast as if they didn’t have time to butter it properly.

Good ole family diner. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. It takes a lot to impress my 5 year old and he said “this is the best bacon I have ever had!” Adorable bunny pancake. We live an hour from here but will be back to visit!

Sunday morning at Cheryl’s was unfortunately not what we hoped for! It was great to be greeted immediately, sat right away, and drinks out quick. However… our bacon was rubbery, a lot of our food lacked flavor, and my French toast was dense and dry, served without powdered sugar and in whole pieces which I found odd. Had it tasted good, it would not have mattered how it was presented, for the record! Our waitress was also not very attentive and kind of rude towards us. The only time she came back to check on us was when she brought the bill. She seemed annoyed that I asked for more coffee, but I had been skipped past by everyone else with a coffee pot at that point. Overall it just felt like the whole experience was a waste, and when you’re spending $40 on breakfast for two, that’s not what you want. I hope we can come back in the future and have a better experience.
