Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Big Whiskey’s.
Our server, Serenity, was absolutely hilarious and had the perfect balance of being attentive without overdoing it. I’m from out of state, and she instantly found a way to relate, which made the whole experience feel way more personal instead of just another table rotation. It honestly felt like we were being taken care of by someone who wanted us there.
She had great drink recommendations and—against my original plan—somehow convinced me to have “just one more,” which I absolutely did not regret . Drinks were spot on, timing was perfect, and she kept the vibe fun the entire time.
Service like this is the reason people come back. If Big Whiskey’s wants to keep customers, they need more servers like her. Will definitely be returning and hoping she’s working next time! Please give Serenity the CRISPEST of high fives, she earned it!

Big Whisky’s is always a solid choice for good food. But then there are a lot of good food places around. So why Big Whiskey and why would I go back often? Simply superior service, Erica our waitress was amazing. she was attentive without being obtrusive, sincere, humorous and made the dinning experience an absolute pleasure. I could go anywhere but I will go here because she made my day a brighter day.

came with a party of about 20 people for my father in law’s retirement party, Maura was our waitress she was very friendly, professional, and efficient. For our party size she brought our drinks in a timely manner and got our appetizers quickly as well. She sorted our tickets very well (as we were all separated) and managed our large group well. The food looked and tasted wonderful and we were in a rented room but it was very quiet for all of us to have our separate conversations. My only complaint was Maura was refilling drinks, and bringing food out by herself . Seemed to have no help from the other staff. 10/10 would recommend Big Whiskey and Maura!

First time here stopping through on the way to Branson. Erica was our waitress and she was fantastic! The service was outstanding as well as the food and drinks. We would absolutely come back and ask for Erica again. You won’t be disappointed stopping here to eat and drink, I promise! Smoked old fashioned was amazing, too.

This was a great place to visit while in town for a wedding. The food was great but it was the friendly service and the respect for the military and those who were disabled that impressed me. These are good people and it felt good to see the way they bent over backwards for both a serviceman and to accommodate someone with disabilities. It was a great night and the waiter was so freaking friendly. It was great to watch all of those games as well. Thanks for a great experience!!

What I enjoyed most was the beautiful ladies who serve you unselfishly with smiles on their face while giving you a free drink card. They’re even greater when they do that or when I spill my drink I don’t clean it, they do. I eat cheap burgers on Monday and cheap steaks on Thursday. What can I say except it truly a pleasure getting $4 Jack and Cokes everyday and hopefully forever. If your 5’6” blonde, red head or brunette hair and any color of eyes, get there at 3:00 and I’ll show you around. Yes Big Whiskeys is the ultimate in drinks food and unmatchable servers. Especially the bartenders who raise the bar for service beauty and their wonderful drinks.

Our server Kaylyn was a fantastic server and got us everything we asked for and we were asking for a bunch. She was checking on us regularly and did a great job. She complimented on how nice of customers we were and that she loves when we come in as we are regulars.

The food was really pretty good. Our waiter for the most part was nice. I went with my sister and there was a drunk man harassing us– even touching us. At first it was her. We told the one of staff what was happening when he came to tell us that we are that guy’s favorites and he just shrugged it off and laughed and walked away. We told our waiter we wanted the check quickly so we could leave and again explained what was happening but we still had to wait (they weren’t busy). This allowed the drunk guy to talk to us a third time– this time to me. He touched my sister’s hand and grabbed my shoulder and then after a couple minutes went back to his wings. Our waiter finally came back with the box and the check. I enjoyed the food but will never be back because of how the staff handled the situation.

We were first timers and our waitress (Erica) made our experience phenomenal. Her food suggestions were spot on, her personality matched our level, and her service was top notch! We will definitely be back and wish she would transfer to the location closer to our home town. Erica needs to be recognized for her outstanding service.
