I am extremely disappointed with my last food order. A couple of days after I got off work I decided to get dq off manor rd , I ordered my food online through the app and it told me pickup time would be 8:34 , didn’t get the food till 8:50 something. My partner went inside they told me wait and then an employee randomly came up and knocked very hard on the window . My additional bbq sauce was tucked under all of my food ???? And my food came like this. You should never serve a customer food like this no matter what. I didn’t order bread so I’m not even sure why they put bread in my food not complaining but everything was soggy and cold nothing was hot the gravy was very watery and tasteless. & my partners fries had printed ink on them… like come on. Do better! Only thing they didn’t mess up was our ice cream and drinks. How is that good customer and food service. 0-10 .

Cashier not ver interactive, aside from that he didnt give me the cup for my drink and when i asked for it. He gave me a small when I had paid for a Large. Not saying its a bad place but certain employees need to be more attentive atleast. I didnt say anything, he could have had a bad day or something. But atleast smile or be friendly

Went here a couple nights ago. Neither staff member we interacted with was very friendly, drive-thru worker was impatient when my partner needed a moment to look at the menu and the person who gave us the food seemed uninterested. But the worse thing was the food they gave us. Everything was correct and tasted fine but on the car ride home, I realized that ice cream was dripping all over me. When I looked closer, the blizzard cup they gave me was DESTROYED and they tried to cover it up with a delivery sticker. It is just insane to me that whoever did this decided this was ok instead of just putting it in a new cup. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

Hours online and on the phone states they do not close until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays… So why on a Friday night do myself and another car pull up to drive thru at 10:15pm, and the entire restaurant is closed? No signs, just cones placed in the drive thru. Pulled up to the window to be told “we’re closed” & shut the window

Good foods and ice creams. This is a Mayfield DQ, which is like bonus DQ with some extra options bare-naked, embarrassed DQ ain’t got. They have security now so if the panhandling lurker quotient was too high for you in the past, Mayfield DQ quit playing and solved that. So go get yourself a pink dip-cone they don’t even have at regular, boring DQ and rest easy in the rentacop oasis. The staff is cool and it’s always clean. They even have one of those slick drink fou tains with the million options, so Mountain Dew Baja Blast is “on”.

I had great service on a cake order from this Dairy Queen! I called ahead to verify they had what I was looking for, and I asked if they could write a simple “Happy birthday Lilith”. I was so surprised when I picked it up only an hour later: The message was beautifully written with roses and ribboning lining the cake in her favorite color! It’s much more purple than what the photo conveys. How nice!!!

When I walked in I was not greeted and only stared at by the employee at the counter. The manager had been rude and could’ve been nicer with redirections. My blizzard was not held upside down and my food was cold. I don’t understand why the fine in service was so bad but you won’t catch me at this location again not to mention the dirty floors who wants to eat in a mess !!
