Excellent service, our server I believe her name is spelled Mayala or close to that. She is the sweetest, most helpful server I have spoken to when it comes to a very busy restaurant!!!

Normally the service and food is good but the entire crew seemed off their mark today. We received our appetizer after our meal was served. We asked for additional breadsticks to go with our meal and had to remind the waitress. Several staff were standing around socializing. Manager mentioned the oven for pizzas wasn’t working and there was a party also going on (maybe 5 young kids) which caused the lady and her young child next to us a huge delay in getting their two meals. They didn’t have utensils even after asking. Their meal came well after ours and they were there quite a while before us because they had already had their salad and breadsticks. The waitress delivered the meal to the table even after she knew the mom had taken her child to the restroom. The waitr staff can’t solve the kitchen issues but they had issues of their own such as inattentive staff, when leaving we had to walk through three waitresses just chit chatting instead of checking on their customers. Our waitress was right in with them. The manager had more excuses versus solutions today. (Lunch 1130-1230 February 1, 2026). Unlikely we will return to this Olive Garden.

The place to be for Italian pasta and other creamy cheesy meals. I love the unlimited soup & bread that comes along with the entrees.
The drinks are unlimited as well. Don’t forget to tip generously. Isaac, the cheerful food server had been wonderful in his genuine customer services.

The food was great… my steak was too salted, but the manager took care of it right away. The fettuccine was to die for and the salad perfect as always!! The meat balls, Italian sausage, and Zuppa Toscana soup are delicious!!! We had a very nice dinner, and the waiter, Isaac H., was super friendly and helpful. WOULD RECOMMEND!!

Was so excited to go and eat at my favorite place to celebrate a premonition at work this morning as we walk in at 11:30am we was told there would be a 40 min wait cause there was big parties ahead of us mind you they just opened at 11am and have been told multiple time no reservation when the back or side area was empty there was only 4 adults and 3 kids .. and the lady at the front repeatedly said a 40 min wait was so disappointed we left this happened on March 8,2026

We are driving from LA to Boston, MA. We stop here to enjoy some good food & relax. The food was delicious with lots of sauce (the way I enjoy it) Our waitress was so sweet, attentive and delivered outstanding service. I highly recommend going here.

Had the worst experience last night. Was there with a bday party and the staff was snarky, very rude and was unprofessional the whole time. When we was going to leave, a person with our party was in the reatroom and heard the staff talking about the party i was with. After being confronted about it, a adult went and brought it to staffs attention. Which did no good because they again started talking badly about the bday party we was with Will never go back to olive garden again
