Came for the taco Tuesday but with only 2 guys working it was SLOW and people were walking out and going elsewhere because they only had so much time on their lunch.
Either hire more people or find a better groove. – It will be awhile until we go back.
Also asked for no taco holder due to the smell of old dishes.

Freebirds did not disappoint! I had the burrito with steak, and it was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The queso and chips were a perfect side—warm, creamy, and just the right amount of kick. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re craving a great burrito!

This used to be an amazing place.
But lots has changed over the years.
The lady here seemed new or didn’t want to do her job,
She kept dropping the scooper in other places that had food.
Her gloves got dirty with ither food and she still used it to touch things.
What happened to keeping things clean.
It is like she is being forced to be here.
Last time I will be here.

I have frequently visited this location and unfortunately the service has went downhill. I had the worst experience today during a lunch time visit. Met with low energy and carefree attitude from the worker the entire time. No greeting, just “what can I get you”. As we went through the options for ingredients we were told that they were out of refried beans, corn, cilantro, creamy jalapeno sauce and only enough queso for a small cup. While putting the toppings I requested one extra scoop of shredded cheese I was not told this would be an additional charge. When we went to pay the worker tells me I was charged for an extra topping because of the extra shredded cheese which I think is outrageous considering they were missing a 1/4 of the ingredient options. Maybe I should’ve went to Chipotle..

Absolutely terrible. Both employees pants falling down underwear showing in crocs. Super slow to make food while almost empty. Zero excitement, zero expectation from life just absolutely terrible place. And on a Friday evening.
You can improve in every aspect and then on top to try and make it an automatic tip? For what? Giving you business that I regret.

Ordered on 11/01/2025, 2 Monster Burritos (Chicken, one with black beans, one with rice) to be delivered by Grubhub, 2+ miles to address. The food was cold, which made it have mono-taste, couldn’t differentiate the flavors. The rice one was more of that than anything else. Had I known my daughter was adding 2 orders of the 2 oz fried potatoes, I would have vetoed at that price. The chicken bits were cut so small as to be tasteless and almost needing a magnifying glass. All in all, will not order in person or to be to be delivered again. Very disappointing. Better eating options were available. Wasn’t like this in times past. This was the Freebirds at 9400 area of FM 1960, Humble, TX.

Long wait for workers to ask us what we wanted, with nobody in the whole place. Didn’t have rice so person who eventually took our orders just waited there for a few minutes while someone else made it, didn’t use any of that time to make anything else that could’ve been made in that time. When all our orders finally got made both people walked away for a couple more minutes before checking us out. Food we got was all cold and not particularly good in anyway. Portion size was very bad compared to chipotle for similar price. Worst place I have eaten at in a long time.
