Somebody please tell me if that is something that you would accept as a medium fryer or not and also I think the lady in the gray shirt could have been the manager that handed out that crap to me. When the guy is the manager in the store that does not happen. You definitely can tell the difference between a manager that cares and one that does not. Also, with my order I ordered the gold sauce. I came through drive-through. My order was incomplete. I had to get out and spend 15 minutes just waiting on fries and a sauce packet. Why would anybody want to come back?!

Everytime I use the drive thru it is slow! A rude guy tells me to pull into a reserved spot to wait while the two cars that were behind get their food first. When they finally bring my order out, they forget the drink then I have to wait another 5 minutes until its brought out. Never again! I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t!

French fries are never filled up fully, ALWAYS 3/4 full. If I pay for a large, fill the thing up!!
If I order via mobile app, and choose to bring to my table, quit being LAZY and walk it to my table. People with disabilities shouldn’t have to come up to the front registers to pick up their food because you are too lazy to do your job.
Tables are very dirty, always, no matter the time of day. Slow food service.
Drive thru isn’t any better. Always have to go inside to get food order corrected.
Management should be held accountable here. A very poor example of a McDonald’s.

If you’re assigned to orders on drive thru your two main jobs is to not have side conversations the customers hear and accurately type in the order. My cashier did not do this and it resulted in my order being incorrect. And that was after her taking 4 orders in a row from the right lane including a person who just arrived way after me.
The manager made the inconvenience right but only after a back a forth which included “What’s wrong with her giggling on the mic” Really… Stop condoning bad behavior because that’s your homegirl. We know what goes down on breaks. But when it’s go time in a breakfast rush tighten up to reduce basic mistakes. I told her my order twice because of course she was having a side conversation and not really paying attention. And after a 40 second pause came back laughing on the mic and still didn’t hear my order correctly.
But of course I’m the big bad problematic customer.

Cashier’s rubbing her nose like crazy with a nasty tissue. I told her I hope she’s not touching anything with her nasty hands and she said her hands are clean at the same time. So the other girl had an attitude like that’s something normal. You cannot say your hands are clean when you have a snotty tissue in your hand rubbing your nose feverously. And then touch people’s food and hands change their card etc. I canceled my order and now I missed out on my points from the app on top of that. Just disgusting. That’s how people get sick. Shame on anyone that allowed this girl to work under these conditions.

Spent over 25 minutes in the drive through just now before just leaving. Didn’t get yo place an order, but 25 minutes for McDonald’s is absolutely horrible service, even if I had gotten to order.
Never attempting this place again, because this isn’t the first time the drive through has taken more time than necessary to be acknowledged.

I ordered through the drive-thru and I told the person that there was already an order on the screen that wasn’t mine. I asked for some burgers without cheese, but they gave them to me with cheese and with extra onions and pickles. When I paid, the McChicken I had mentioned appeared on my order, and since the manager didn’t feel like refunding the money, she just offered something else instead. Honestly, really bad service.
This isn’t the first time, either. I always give them another chance because it’s really close to my house, and well… it’s McDonald’s, not a luxury restaurant.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Austin at this McDonald’s location. No matter what kind of day I’m having—or even what kind of day the restaurant is having—he is always a pleasure to talk with. His energy, friendliness, and consistency at the drive-thru make every visit feel a little better.
Honestly, Austin is the main reason I stay patient and understanding with any issues that come up at this location. Great customer service makes all the difference, and he delivers it every single time. Employees like him deserve to be recognized!
